Price is great. You cant loose too much on 5 or 6 bucks + tax and delivery. I'll say about 80% sprouted thats just one bag. I'll say try them. You may get a nice pick.

It worked
They do germinate if you do it properly. I had my seeds in a wet paper towel, in a baggie in the dark for about 48 hours. So we shall see

Most seeds germinated

They did not germinate. If you plan to grow, get "hemp" seeds from someone else.
Not a single seed germinated. I started off by soaking (6) seeds in a small glass using bottled spring water for about 12 hours, next I put the seeds into a wet/moist folded paper towel between two plates in a warm (75F-78F) dark environment. I checked them once a day, keeping them moist, for over 10 days. They never germinated. My second attempted to germinate (6) more seeds also failed. This time I gently shook them in a matchbox with a piece of sandpaper to lightly scratch/scarify the seeds to allow moisture into them. I using only moist paper towel. No success with that either. While I was attempting to germinate these seeds I also germinated some other "hemp" seeds I had. Those seeds sprouted taproots in less than 24 hrs.
