I am very pleased with these CLA tablets as I have osteoarthritis and I need to loose weight to be able to have a much needed hip replacement. I've only been taking these a couple of months but I'm already down 3 points on my BMI (this was confirmed by my hospital surgeon 2 weeks ago).Due to the chronic pain I'm not able to do much in the way if exercise so I just eat healthy and try and hit 5000 steps a day. This is what I've been doing since lockdown, the only thing I've changed is adding these CLA tablets 2 months ago. I did research this supplement and I know you need to make sure you have the one with the 80% Active Isomers and that are at least 1000mg.These are great value compared to others as there is nothing else added. I take 2 after every meal (which although big are easy to swallow), I know this is a higher dose than what recommended but its what's working for me.

My partner has used CLA supplements similar to this for a while and so was very happy to give them a try. After switching to these from his regular ones initially he's been very pleased with them as hasn't noticed any decrease in effectiveness compared to his usual ones.However it's worth pointing out that you absolutely need to stick to a minimum dose of 3 grams a day for the best benefits of actual weight-loss to be activated - taking less is no different from flushing these down the toilet and completely wasting your money if weight-loss is your goal as less than this simply won't activate the effect, though there is still the benefit of the omega 6 in general of course. If you supplement with these/similar already you no doubt know how this works already but if not and it's your first time using them then ignore any ideas about just taking 1 or 2 for weight loss as you will experience no benefits - it's biologically impossible as the body requires the minimum amount of 3g proven by studies to be effective/for the process to be activated for muscle retention and fat-burning and if you take less than this then you're very literally wasting your money other than getting some extra omega 6, which is better achieved through increasing meat and eggs in your diet if that's your goal.If you stick to the guidelines and recommended minimum dose for weight-loss (do your research if in doubt to confirm this is safe as you can actually safely take up to 6g a day, but my partner sticks to 3g) rather than the suggested 1-2 per day on the pack here then you will need to take 3 a day instead, so these would last a month, but they're pretty cheap so I consider them to still be good value.

With the lockdown over the year and the lack of gym time I’ve built up a few more kilos than I wanted. So come mid September it was back to actively trying to lose that weight.I ordered these as I thought I could easily work them into my daily routine and see if they gave me any added advantageAfter reading up on this I thought I’d go for a 3 a day with a meal.Now it’s been a few weeks and the changes to food and exercise have been slowly lowering the weight. These are also meant to help with the cholesterol and I recently had that checked too and it was indeed lower than before.Now I don’t know if these have definitely given me that extra boost. But I will be trying another months supply to see whether the trajectory remains the same

Good pills. Normal size and easy to swallow.

They are a bit big so it’s not very easy to swallow the softgel. They come in a convenient bottle that doesn’t take much space and fits through the letterbox. From how my body feels after taking these, it has helped me lose a bit.

These are great for you depending on your health. I got them and have used them fairly regularly. Good price and product so happy to recommend to others (plus they fit through the postbox)
