Some highlighting but overall book was good shape. Worked well for short college course.

I learned a lot from this book. Business Law classes can be brutal, and this is... a heavy read that gave me a new respect for any real law students. But part of me wouldn't mind owning this book just because there is a lot of insight that taught me so much! I'll be keeping my eye out for a resource like this at an affordable price in the future

This is a great book and I had to get it for my law class. I am old school, I do not like to read online I prefer books. This book is very informative and very well written. I really liked it but it is very heavy to lug around from class to class. I would have to leave it in my car or home if I was not taking this class that day.

Rental school book was damaged upon receipt. We took pictures and went ahead and used it because the book was needed quickly. We were charged $244.16 for the damaged book when we returned it. I could buy a new one at that point for less than $100.00. The book should have never been sent for rental, and we certainly should have never been charged for it.

The was just as described....I sent back because I dropped the class. No charge

This text came in good condition. I used note flags to mark important sections. The review at the end of each chapter was very beneficial for review and quick study. Valuable information. Will use as reference in the future.

Lots of context. Hard to follow but what textbook isn't.
