There’s nothing actually wrong with the product, seems well made etcBut I just found it fairly inefficient, heavy too.I thought it was just me , but my husband tried it and gave up , used a very tall ladder and hands to clear blockage . I can’t do that so a bit disappointing

The hose connection tends to leak but however your going to vet wet anyway using it

Helped with my bungalow gutters a treat. The crazy quotes I'd received to clear them were off the scale of comprehension. It was fun and two slow passes all done and it took longer to sweep away those annoying moss balls. No more sleepless nights listening to the drips. One really good tip put the hook end into the top of the down pipe turn up the hose pressure and it removes the blockage on the bend so I didn't have to take the pipe apart. This saved me an absolute fortune. Really quick delivery, well packaged and good quality and price.

I hadn't realised that it wasn't abled to be used without water I thought it was a scrapper

Looks convincing but awkward to use head doesn't stay fixed so inefficient when attempting g task. I would have done better with a broom handle !
