Great Product and Very Competitively Priced. Has all the Options for Flame Color, Brightness, Heat, and Fan Settings. All easily accessible from Supplied Remote Control. I have purchased multiples of this Unit for my Own Contracted Built In Fireplaces, and will continue to use this Vendor and Product in Future Projects.

I bought this fireplace and had it installed a year ago. The remote never worked so I did everything manually. Just now, it stopped working all together. No power to it at all.I hardly use it so it is not because of excessive use. please have seller contact me.

Just installed works and looks good
Looks 7 out of 10 during the daylight.Looks 9 out of 10 at night time.They could increase how much heat it gives off on the larger model. Overall I like it.

what should we care about, attitude or quality?
I ordered this 72" beautiful-looking electric fireplace. Did what it takes to prepare the wall, and I happily installed the unit and it worked well. A few weeks went by and the flames went off. I contacted Amazon customer services. They put me in touch with the company "Masarflame". Their response was, will give you a 20% refund, and here are some instructions to repair the problem which would have required me to rehire the contractor, remove the unit, and hope for the best. I declined, and I continued the discussion with the Amazon representative, who accepted my request to replace the unit. I ordered the same unit from the same company and I returned the defective unit using the boxes of the new one. Reinstalled the new unit, and it is working fine. Hoping it will be OK. I am still grateful for Masarflame and Amazone customer service personnel.
