Skechers Mens Relaxed Fit 360 Garver Selmo

Only had them for about 30 days so far. I bought these after they discontinued a different model I had bought three pairs of. The sole is nice and molds to your feet pretty quickly. I'm suspicious of how long the back strap will last - the rectangular ring that holds the back strap doesn't seem all that sturdy, but it has worked well so far. My only complaint is that the last model I had all of the adjustments were on the weave on the top of the foot, and once I got it dialed in, I could just slip them on and off with no adjustments. These I can slip off fine, but to put them on I have to undo the back around the strap and redo it, and then adjust it after a few minutes of walking. This has been a lot less pronounced as the soles have worn in and molded to my feet, and even if the back strap isn't all that tight, they still fit my feet well enough to walk the dogs for 30-45 minutes after work. When wearing them all day on the weekends, I do still end up adjusting the strap more than I'd like, but overall they are comfortable and except for that one ring (which I can replace if needed), they seem durable enough.

Overall, I am very pleased with these. I love the style, and they are very comfortable. I normally wear a size 10 in any shoe I buy, so naturally, that is the size I ordered, but after receiving them I felt like my toes were too cramped. Amazon made it very easy to exchange them for size 11, and I think they now fit great.

First, these are great sandals. I am a big Skechers fan and these sandals did not disappoint in regard to quality or comfort. However I'm giving four stars for two reasons--mine were about a half size smaller than expected. I am a perfect 10.5 so I ordered an 11 to ensure a relaxed fit, and mine fit like a 10.5. Not too small at all obviously, just not the room for quite the "guaranteed" relaxed fit I was looking for. Also, the elastic laces literally serve no purpose at all. If you look closely at the picture, you can see that other than the heel strap, all other parts of the sandal are sewn together, so basically a single piece with no "moving" parts. Based on the inclusion of the elastic laces, I was expecting the tongue to have some independence, as in you could easily put the sandals on without undoing the heel strap by stretching of the elastic laces and lifting the tongue up (the sandals I was looking to replace with these did exactly that). That is not the case with these; you could literally cut the elastic laces away and the sandals would function no differently all. They don't hold anything together and thus don't provide any flexing/relaxing function. However the sandals are still EXTREMELY comfortable and I will still get good use out of them.

I really like the sketchers sandals. They have a nice thick sole that’s padded and it’s really comfortable when you walk in them. The sandals also have a really good traction so you won’t slip and fall easily..

As always Skechers fit. These are made very well and are comfortable to wear.

Nice water shoes. I live by a river near the ocean. We are at sea level, for all intents and purposes, so we have lots of water. These shoes are excellent in this environment. On the boat, in a soggy yard, etc. And, they look good and are comfortable. The design with the Velcro strap around the heel is excellent. These would be excellent all around, except that the left one just developed a squeak. Squeaked up and down the street this morning while walking my dog. I hate shoes that make a noise every step I take. It's like telling everyone in earshot, "Hey, listen to me walk." Shoes should be silent. Maybe it will go away. Maybe not.

When I tried them versus over sandeles, it felt inviting to run in them. I tried them on in a brick and mortar store to get the size. Have had them for several months. Very comfortable. I am 73. I live in a retirement complex and have taken to running about 0.1 mile to and from the daily trip to the dining area. I wear them in the winter with socks.I went to rock climbing gym with my daughter, the shoes I had to rent were very comfortable, especially as I have a bone growth on one foot. I feel that these would be ideal climbing shoes. However, my daughter is over 1000 miles away so to verify the inference, it will need to wait.

As the title says, nice sandal, runs small. Order next size up as Amazon suggests. Would like it better if the heel strap was elastic so it could be slipped on without unbuckling the strap. Not as much support as the sandals that the dog chewed up, but perfectly adequate for anything other than hiking in the Grand Canyon.

The Skechers are very comfortable for walking and a very good quality for the price. My husband was satisfied with the product.
