Purchased this in the king size and have been using for a few weeks. I find it to be comfortable: stays cool and molds gently into you. I also love the heavy weight of this pillow; this is a feature I've always liked in all my pillows. Why I rated 4 stars is merely out of my preference as a sleeper. I had hoped in purchasing this pillow that I could change from my normal as a two pillow user down to one. Unfortunately, I found in the first few nights it to be more comfortable when I placed my normal bottom pillow underneath and use this pillow vertically underneath my head - similar to a body pillow. Before purchasing, I researched and went back and forth about which to purchase - this regular pillow or body pillow with the same features as this listing (this company doesn't make that size). Not that I made the wrong choice because I do find it great in quality and comfort; but I wish I had invested monetarily speaking to a body pillow to suit my individual sleeping needs.

One day I was looking at the deals on this beautiful website when suddenly, like an RKO from Randy Orton, an intense desire to buy a new pillow entered my mind from out of nowhere. There it was, the CozyCloud Bamboo Shredded Memory Foam Pillow. I instantly wanted it! Then I saw the price, yeesh. I added it to my wishlist hoping that some day I would be able to afford this apparently life changing pillow (based on reviews). Then, a little over a week ago I woke up to a beautiful little notification saying that this pillow that was only a mere dream was on sale for 85% OFF! I imediatley purchased it and counted the days for it to arrive on my doorstep. Now for the actual review:Packaging: It came in a box (obviously) filled with the pillow and those large air pockets surrounded it. The pillow itself was wrapped up like a yoga mat. I was semi worried upon unwrapping the pillow because it was mega flat and then literally in the blink of an eye *BAM WAM BASAM* it was suddenly fluffier than the stuffed unicorn in the movie Despicable Me. Simply, amazing.Pros: I have had this pillow for exactly one week and can safely say this pillow is indeed, life changing (or sleep changing).It has the perfect amount of softness and firmness.It is AMAZING for napping.It has kept it's shape and regains it's shape very quickly.It stays cool like the description says.It's actually 100% MURICAN made and you can tell as it seems like it will last a lifetime.It's machine washable and dryable.Great for side sleepers, back sleepers and belly sleepers.Cons: The pillow has a weird smell when you first open it. Throwing it in the dryer for about 20 minutes actually helped the smell go away. A week in though and the smell is gone.(For me at least) The first few nights where rough and it took me about 5 days to get used to it. Now it's incredible.That's all the cons I can think of.Pretty much if you can afford the CozyCloud Bamboo Shredded Memory Foam Pillow then buy it. If it's ever on a random one day sale BUY it. If you want to sleep better and be free on neck pains BUY it.

These pillows were described as soft and fluffy like down. Not so. Very hard and lumpy like shredded foam chunks. Oh, that's right, they are shredded foam pieces! Guess the pieces aren't shredded enough. Pillows were very hard and definitely not soft. Both myself and my partner thought they were too hard. Our heads did not even sink down at all when lying on them.1/10/16 update-CozyCloud/Relief-Mart, Inc. is doing a customization for us to make the pillows softer and to see if they might have been defective in some way. They sent me a FedEx return label and customization form so they can alter the pillows to our satisfaction. I think this company really strives to make all of it's customers 100% happy with their products. I will definitely update my review again with an appropriate rating when I get my altered pillows back.

It is definitely worth buying. It is a great and comfortable pillow. I used to use 2 pillows when sleeping because of my lower back pain. Hubby and I have a tempur pedic bed and I got a tempur pedic pillow free when we bought the bed. Sometimes I got a stiff neck even with the tempur pedic pillow. So when I was checking on Amazon.com for pillows, I saw the CozyCloud. I read all the reviews, both negative and positive, it took awhile and my instinct said "why not try it and see for yourself." I am glad I ordered it. I used it this morning while I was reading a book and fell asleep. I love the comfortable feeling from it. I have never felt as happy with any pillow I’ve had in the past. The package arrived earlier than I expected, and both pillows were well packed separately. It is flat packed (you will wonder why it doesn’t look like a pillow) and you can smell a mild odor when taking off the plastic. There are instructions inside on how to handle and take care of it. I am a person that when I get a very good quality product like this pillow (made in the USA with a 10 year warranty), I will not risk putting it in the machine (even though it is safe to do so). I put them outside on the patio for couple of hours until the odor disappeared, while it was regaining its form. I definitely recommend this pillow. I would give it 6 stars if it was possible, because it does more than it says in the description.

I received my pillow Friday, not sure what exactly how the pillow is supposed to feel, I've read the description how it's supposed to be a memory fill pillow, mine feels like it's filled with knots of something, and the cover has 2 small holes about to give out.It feels comfortable thou, only problem I have is that, where I lay my head, the filling separated and the sides gets filled and in the middle, very little left.I even put it in the drayer for 20 min trying to make it more even. I've had a Themp pillows for years, I ordered the Cloud pillow because I needed a King size pillow.The filling is comfortable but it's just weird knotty feeling all over.
