I was able to gradually fade out a pretty dark, stubborn and dried up pen mark on ...
I have tried ink removal products before..but this one was different...it takes a bit of patience but by going slowly, so as to not be abrasive to the leather paint and finish...I was able to gradually fade out a pretty dark, stubborn and dried up pen mark on my light colored leather sofa....I must have applied, let it sit for 2-3 minutes and wiped hard with a soft cloth maybe 8-10 times, and the pen mark intensity easily reduced by more than 80%....For fear of damaging leather paint finish, I chose to leave it that way...and then after a few days, will try to get the remainder 10-15% mark to fade out using a few more rubbings...Bottom line, if you are patient with it, it works on dried ink....just needs a number of repetitive applications...and light brushings to protect the leather surface..I am keeping this bottle for any ink emergencies with growing toddlers in the household...

It didn't REMOVE the stain
The guy who installed my dash cam got a line of blue ink pen ink on my dove grey car seat.. I didn't notice it when I picked up my car so it had a chance to settle in before I started trying to get it out. This item made the stain a little lighter but it didn't remove it. I worked on the stain over several days. It may work better if you get to the stain immediately I don't know but I still have a small stain on my car seat.

Really works on ink on leather!
I have a white leather couch, was an idiot who wrote on my hand and smudged it all over my amazing new couch.I looked all over grocery stores and Bed Bath beyond to try find something that could remove the blue ink stains, and came across this on Amazon. The stain remover from BB&B was BS and didn't work at all.I used this 5 drops and rubbed it, it pretty much came off already which was amazing since the stain was 1 month old. Just have patience and do it with repetition, it'll 100% remove the stains!!! :)

It works, but be patient!
I got ink stains on a Michael Kors handbag. The leather on the bag is textured so I didn't expect anything would help remove it. It took at least 6 different applications over time, but the ink stain is virtually gone! Be patient, give it time and a little elbow grease and it will work!

This stuff works!
I was skeptical and did not think this would work. I put it on satin FABRIC clothing labrl that had been stained with a SHARPIE. I rubbed it in and it removed most of the sharpie. I hung the item up to dry. In the morning, ALL the marker was GONE. All of it! I could not see any of the original mark. I was so impressed I ordered more!

Does not work for denim transfer on leather seats
I was excited and hoping this could help out with my the leather seat of my parent's car. It didn't even make a dent. (Before someone says you can't use this on leather as stated on the bottle, it says you can't use it on UNTREATED leather. Car seats have a coating of plastic type stuff.)Additionally, this stuff is just acetone with a stuff added in to try and mask the smell and/or make it more plastic safe. If can use a magic erase on the surface where of your stain is, I'd try that first.Maybe my stain is just too old, but if that is the issue I bet a magic erase would work as well as this stuff.
