BRIKSMAX Led Lighting Kit for Star Wars Kylo Ren’s Shuttle - Compatible with Lego 75256 Building Blocks Model- Not Include The Lego Set

In theory, this kit is a great idea. In practice not so much. I thought this would be a fun project at the end of the semester, but I was sorely disappointed by the end result. Here are a list of issues.-The wiring is not terribly discreet and does not hide well. In some cases it is wrapped around pieces and very obvious (the reason for the dark background in the product photos)-The kit causes the integrity of the model to lose bricks randomly-The connectors are TINY and very easy to damage/lose-The instructions are not very easy to follow and leave the user to perform a lot of guessworkAfter completing the kit, it worked for approximately 30 seconds, then bricks fell off. Fixing the bricks caused the lighting to fail. Fixing the lighting caused more bricks to fall off.Am I an expert builder? No. Did I follow the instructions best I could? Sure.In the end, it wasn't worth the effort or money, and I will probably remove the lighting and restore the kit to its original structure where I know it will look just fine on its own and bricks will not fall off.

Use especially at Christmas and then Valentine's Day. Red lights create the perfect pop!

Klasse Erweiterungsset. Vorsicht bei der Montage, die Kabel sind sehr dünn.Sehr guter Service. Ein Bauteil habe ich bei der Montage zerstört.Briksmax Service angeschrieben, sehr freundlicher Kontakt (Thanks Nora).Ersatzteil kostenlos zugeschickt bekommen.Nun leuchtet das Shuttle und passt perfekt zum beleuchteten Millenium Falcon.

The instructions pictures are terrible! No written instructions. They should have a video with instructions if they can’t improve those pictures.
