Tanning Bed Struts Spring Shock Sunquest 24RST 20794

My order was lost in the mail and the company was very quick to ship me a replacement. Great product and great company.

Bought these struts for an older bed that gets very minimal use. The original struts worked for years but finally gave out. Bought these as replacement but after using them maybe 3 times a week for about 5 months, they are already useless. Won't hold the lid open at all. These shocks are crap and to make it worse, I contacted the seller Novecompanies and they apparently have no intention of standing behind this product.
