Beautiful way to display my father in law's PMC
It is beautiful, I was slightly disappointed in the closure of the frame, as it seems to be slightly warped I believe due to the seal on the right. That's ok, it's a beautiful display and we are pleased.

Beautiful Way to Honor a Service Member
My sister and I purchased this to display our Dad’s military honors. We had it on display at the reception following Dad’s services, along with the flag that was beautifully presented to our Mother at the National Cemetery by the Honor Guard. Everyone commented on how beautiful the frame was, along with the mementos and photos we displayed to remember our Dad. It is a lovely way to honor a man worthy of recognition!

Made me proud.
My dad who was a Vietnam veteran, passed away in October 2021 from Agent Orange exposure. A couple months later, my mom got the letter from Joe Biden. She immediately sent away for more copies for myself my brother my son my brother son. If you too have received one of these letters, you know what I’m talking about when I say that reading that letter made me even more proud of being an American. Excellent quality and speedy customer service!
The first frame never arrived-shipping issue. We live in the country, so don't have "porch pirates" stealing boxes, so not sure exactly what happened. When I contacted the seller, they were very quick to respond to my e-mails. They sent another frame and this one arrived with no problems. The frame is beautiful and well made. Absolutely thrilled with the quality of the frame and the great customer service!Update: The first package got left at a neighbor's house who was out of state. Mystery solved!

Beautiful
I purchased several of these to give to family members with the memorial certificate. They look really nice and I like that the frame can either be hung up or stand on a shelf or table. My only suggestion would be to have guide marks on the back of the mat to more easily align the certificate. They come well packed and I re-used the boxes and packing to send them to family.

Wrong orientation
This frame is pictured to hold a photo or certificate vertically with the army medallion to the side. When it arrived, it was made to hold a horizontal photo or certificate. I had to return it.
