Warning- £123 tax bill!!! The depth and quality of cover on these cushions is really superior to anything else I’ve looked at, but they are not cheap, and when you then get an invoice from Parcel Force demanding the payment of customs taxes now that we have left the EU for £123, they become seriously expensive. I appreciate we knew we had left the EU but I still feel very strongly that Amazon have a duty to remind us of the cost of the extra taxes as I never even thought of it, or that on a £500 order it could be so high.In all I’m happy with the product but not with Amazons communication which I shall be taking up with them direct- the price you pay in total should be displayed especially on Prime with free delivery.

Absolutely fantastic value for money. Really comfortable and exactly what our little family were looking for! The cushions arrived within 7 days, brilliant service and delivery. The seat, back and arm cushions all come vacuum packed, but are very easy to put together. They fit the European pallets perfectly, nice and snug. The quality in the waterproof covers are outstanding. Can’t wait for the sun to come back out so we can use them again! Thank you Spatium for finishing off my lockdown project. I searched for ages looking for cushions for pallet seating and came across these... the reviews were all good so although they seemed pricey i went ahead.... so glad i did they are amazing!!! totally love them. the quality is excellent and the fit perfectly. the colour was as described. the covers and cushions are separate when they arrive so you have to put them.on and thread the toggle through. easy enough just put the cushion in the cover and thread the cord through the eyelet in the cushion and when its come through the other side of the cushion and cover put the toggle back on yo create the "plump" look. it took 10 mins to do all 4. I would highly recommend these cushions along with excellent customer service when tracking the package. I would give it 11 out of 10!

After several failed attempts to buy pallet cushions as vendors struggled to ship to NI; I contacted Spatium who said this wouldn’t be a problem. And subsequently delivered on that promise.The cushions are expensive, but within market value. They are really comfortable fit perfectly and the covers were easy to put on and seem hard wearing even for our two large dogs, so I can’t complain.Over the moon with the product, the communication and customer service.Would highly recommend to anyone.

Great cushion! Really lovely, but in this case they did not meet exactly our purpose for what we want them, but they are really great.A little bit hard, sure because they are water resistant and for sure they will smooth with the time. Fantastic color, exactly as the picture shows.On the backside they wear 3 plastic buttons, didn’t saw them on them pictures.EDIT: The dispatch cost were very high and Spartium Surprised us by organizing the collecting of the cushions. Great Service! We were really grateful.

Having very carefully looked at what was on offer for pallet cushions we decided to go with these and am delighted. They arrived well within the delivery window and we followed the instructions ie unpacked them and left them to "fluff up". We then threaded through all the strings and put the pull tags on, this was fiddly but not difficult and we were not surprised as we knew when we bought them that we would need to do this.Results were great, really comfortable, look great and much admired and dog loves them!Have turned out to be showerproof, not left out in real rain.If I was being really picky:- Have manged to tear one cushion, from a buckle on a shoe possible- would be nice to be sent a "repair patch"- After a while can possible feel the pull buckles on a seat cushion, but only a question of fluffing up.Love:- the thickness- fact that they have zips so can be removed to be washed if needed- fact inner has zips so could top up if ever requiredWould heartily recommend1. I am glad I bought this set of cushions even though it is quite pricey compared to others sold in amazon and here are my reasons why:1.The delivery was one week earlier than expected2. The seller replies within the day to any queries.3.The cushions fits perfectly with euro pallets. I have to warn you though.... Once you sit or lay on it, you wouldn't want to leave IT IS SOOOO COMFY :)Now we just need long days of nice weather to enjoy it fully and we will update how the cushions stands several uses and weather. I recommend it to anybody that wants a comfy garden cushion.

UPDATE 13/04/2021:Product received sooner than expected, impressed with the design with the laces through the inner section to secure the cover. Material seems nice and heavy duty for outside - it's not soft, it's durable and fit for purpose, exactly right for the product - cushions are well and evenly stuffed. Looking forward to many summers relaxing on my pallet chairs with these cushions!I contacted the supplier prior to buying after reading a review that a gentleman had been charged £123 in customs duty on receipt of his cushions in March 2021. They answered very fast and confirmed that they now have a UK VAT number so no duty should be due. I have ordered and look forward to receiving these. After checking if the cost of foam, cost of covers or cost of material to make my own etc etc would be more cost effective I found every option was coming out at about £300. I then came across these cushions and they look like a really good product for the money, thicker than others and including remove-able covers.
