Haven't even had a month and pump failed. Had poop all over the bathroom! Total disaster and am out hundreds!!

I bought this for the bathroom in my garage took some time to install and it clogs up sometimes. It takes maybe 2 flushes for just toilet paper to go down so I recommend getting a trash can.

Cheap pump worked maybe 5 times with just waterWARNING do not buy. It worked maybe 5 times only flushing water it got me through inspection that’s it…. They sent me a new one but I don’t want to spend the time installing it when it will only work for 2 months. Install instructions are a complete joke. Toilet is decent pump is garbage. Almost flooded my brand new bathroom do not buy the pump lasted for maybe five flushes of just water to test it the pump, then continue to stay running shut off after about 30 minutes and then never worked again.

Bump stop working after 2 months.We installed in the basement, never flushed toilet paper down, even so, stopped working after two months. First time, I contacted Amazon and they replaced. Now, the same thing happened after 2 months again.Not worth it!

We bought this toilet less than a year ago. The pump went out. The description says there is a year warranty but there is no email or contact number for the company.

Pump failed after just 6 months of use in a brand new guesthouse. I bought two at the same time so I had a spare to fix the one in my guesthouse. I've used other up-flushing toilets for 20 years with no problems. I wish I hadn't installed this but now I'm stuck with it. We'll see if the company stands by the warrantee but I don't see any contact information in the printed materials that came with the unit.
