1. It eventually arrived in damaged packaging, although (the belt) was no damaged.2. It was TOO SMALL to be of any use.3. I hit the WRONG button when trying to contact suppliers to complain.4. All further attempts to raise the complaint with the suppliers failed.5. I've been left with a useless belt, most unusual state of affairs. See my previous orders, reviews and successes.
