On both handsets, every three days the on/off button flashes and a beeping noise occurs which the only way to fix it is to change the batteries. The brochure does not indicate what the problem is and how to remedy it. As such it eats through batteries at an alarming rate. Don't know if this is an issue with the one we purchased or is a flaw across all.When the product works, it works to what you would expect i.e. you can hear the other end and can talk to the other end, and the sound quality is average at best.

Awful. When plugged in we expected to be able to hear more than static which was louder than anything we could hear over it, it repeatedly switched itself off and if u leave the room directly under the bedroom it’s plugged in it stops picking up any sound. A complete waste of money and very stressful trying to make it function, not to mention dangerous if parents are unaware that they can’t hear a newborn. To point out, I’m not a ‘techno thicky’ Computers and gadgets are no issue but this made me want to throw things.. namely it).

Very difficult to set up. Kept switching off, therefor dangerously unreliable
