Should have gone direct to Dyson!
I feel a little hoodwinked into thinking this was a brand new unit. On receiving the unit in a none Dyson box it was clearly a used unit. Also the price was the same as the new price from Dyson. I will never use this seller again and actually I would suggest to go with Dyson direct as you get an extended 2 year warranty.

Great product but the delivery was a challenge
We just received the Dyson and love it! In fact, we are getting another one. However, the part that didn't go well was the delivery with DPD which was not only delayed but then delivered to the wrong neighbour (we had specified a particular neighbour to leave the package with, if we were not in, but DPD ignored that).Other than the delivery, we are super impressed with the Dyson. We just hope that the delivery goes better with the 2nd one that we are buying

Dyson Turmventilator
Ich habe dieses Gerät für meinen Enkelsohn gekauft. Mein Enkel, 12 Jahre alt, freut sich, einen Raum mit Mikroklima in seinem Zimmer zu haben. Die Bedienung ist einfach, das Gerät hat einen guten Design und gute technische Daten, sowie keine Geräusche, sehr leise im Betrieb!!
