Soft and nice. Thinner than I expected on the top and arch of the foot. I have blue thorlos max thickness hiking socks and they have a significantly tighter weave. Maybe that's because they're for hiking though, idk. I also got sent the wrong color unfortunately, but idk if that's the vendor's fault or Amazon. I like the lack of excess packaging.

Imo, these socks are over priced. They are cushioned well enough but they get kind of ratty looking after being machine washed. I won't repurchase.

My mom has Thorlo socks from 6-7 years ago. She needed new ones because the others had worn out. She didn’t want to throw them away until she got new ones. The elastic was worn out but honestly still in good condition. She has yet to get rid of them.I ordered her new ones to take on a vacation. They are the worst. The elastic has come out , they are not wearing well and they have become loose and worthless. Her old socks are in better condition. Ridiculous that we cannot have something so good that it doesn’t last. My mom is 86 and she has to have help getting dressed. She will not start her day without her thorlo socks. It is very disappointing.

I've been buying Thorlo socks for years - this sock is a good all-purpose workout/ walking/ running sock. Moderate amount of cushion ( but not too much). When washed in the washing machine on cold then hung to dry, my other Thorlo socks have lasted for years. They cost a bit more than other brands, but will out-last all other brands if I take care of them. My favorite sock brand!Tough to find sometimes in sporting goods or running shoe stores, so glad I can find them on Amazon.

I couldn't believe I was actually going to spend this amount of money for 1 pair of socks--but the reviews here persuaded me that it might be worth it. I work at fairs occasionally throughout the year, and for an entire day on my feet while there. I'd like to add that I have restless leg syndrome which makes it very difficult to fall asleep at night, especially after a day on my feet like that. I had recently purchased a new pair of shoes that were supposedly soft and cushy--and they are--but they did nothing to support the arches on my feet and I was still achy by the end of the day. I was dubious once I opened the package for my new socks that these floofy, soft socks could actually give the arch support the description said it would and make my legs feel supported as well. Imagine my shock when I came home after a long day at the fair feeling great on my feet. I know it was the socks that made all the difference--not my shoes. The next morning, when I usually get up with my body hurting all over, the only thing that actually DIDN'T hurt were my feet! Bravo! I love these socks and absolutely recommend them.
