Update- customer service was fantastic and they have now sent out a new parsole.Product was good until the pulley cord snapped only had it for a month- waiting to hear if they will refund or resend me a new parasol.

Good quality, very pleased, chose a different colour this time, sandy, usually go for the green and it's better

Easy to erect and use

I tested the crank when first receiving the parasol and it seemed a bit off or loose but thought it was just me. First time I brought it outside to set, up the entire handle, bolt slipped out of the pulley system inside and that was that. I didn’t force the umbrella, all I was doing was turning the handle to open.They have great reviews, I researched best uv protective umbrellas separately to Amazon & the brand is listed so I’m very disappointed. Can’t return as the box was damp and damaged and funnily enough I don’t happen to have another box that it will fit into around the house.The material looks good, that’s about all I can say, sorry I wasted my money as it’ll cost me more to dump this thing & buy a replacement.

Bought because we have one, but specifically wanted a tilting one - to shade from the sun at low angles.. Very impressed with the quality of parasol at this price compared to a similar one I saw in a store at much higher price, lovely dark grey colour. Tilting mechanism very easy to use. We ordered the large size and tried to get away with using our old base, but it isn't sturdy enough to support the weight of this parasol, so will be ordering a new one to use in conjunction.

Good looking but will not last more than a year or two at best. The fabric already has a tear somehow :/

The product is ok for the money. Only time will tell.
