It keeps our L-shaped shower rod from falling
We like its thin rod and the way the loop Is designed to keep it all together discreetly. We also like the stainless steel metal and the finished look. It is easy to install once you cut the rod to size with a hack saw, but we had to use a level and test it all around the rod to ensure that it was placed properly before marking and screwing the plate in place on the ceiling. That's the only trick worth mentioning to the customers. We researched this for a long time and your product was the only one that met our needs. Thanks for this great product.

NECK HOLE TOO SMALL
These should have a velcro closure. The neck hole is too small and hard to get over baby's head. I should have returned but will cut and pin or sew on velcro

Works Great, Easy Install
Great price for nice product. I'd put off replacing my old sagging rod because most replacements were pricey, so I was really pleased to come across this one. I have a 1940s vintage mint green bathroom, and black accents look good with the green, so that couldn't have worked out better. I used the old rod as the template to cut down the new one, which resulted in a piece that was about an inch long, but somehow when I installed it, I didn't need that tiny section, so that was good and it ended up just right in the end. I also used the following products to complete the job.Pipe Cutter: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001P307PO/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1L-shaped Rod: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07WV99BG7/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s01?ie=UTF8&th=1Although the installed rod seemed really sturdy without it, I wanted to be safe since people hanging clothing and towels on the old rod is what made it sag. Anyway, the color of the down rod matches the black curtain rod really well, even though its description says it's bronze. I was prepared to paint it black but it wasn't necessary. I feel really good about this whole project. A small change made a huge improvement.

It's strong but use stronger anchors with it
Got this for my rainfall shower head and it looks good so far. I had to trim 5" off of it to make the arm level which was easy with my cutoff wheel. The only thing I didn't trust was the anchors it came with but I always have a variety of my own so I used metal anchors and now I'm confident it'll hold up in the long term.

Just right
Works for me. Use it to provide ceiling support for a 20" long shower arm attached to a 12" rain head. Those get very heavy, esp. when filled with water during use, and my previous arm broke at the threads. Now the setup is secure and even looks great (wife approves). Solid, well finished.

easy to adjust length - not controlled by threads or rethreading
100 plus yr old house - small things make all the difference . makes putting a shower curtain on a free standing tub a simple project.

Great for the money
Used this for an L shaped curtain rod made out of electrical conduit. Very easy to install and feel confident that it’s secure. Saved me from buying $150 curtain rod.

Hacksaw in hand cut to fit.
Solid product, bit on the pricey side for what it is.
