RubiesRoaring 20's Gangster Girl Garter and Flask

I originally got this for a 1920s party, and ended up using it for other parties. It is very discreet if you want to use it for real. I am thin, so I turn it to where the flask is in between the garter and my thigh to hold it in place better. Sometimes I'll also put a tighter garter on top of it to feel more secure.

Bought this for a End of Prohibition party. I saw a lot of comments about it being way too tight & a few about it sliding down. I think I have average sized thighs...whatever that is....& it fit fine. It did tend to slide down as the night when on but I was wearing it over hose & I think it was the weight of the flask and it was empty. If I had filled it then I probably could not have walked without it sliding down. I think it would stay over a bare leg much better. And if you're buying it for a flapper party the women then actually wore them just below the knee anyways & you can always pin it to make it tighter. All in all super cute!

Definitely has to be worn below the knee or on the arm as it did run too small for my thigh and I'm not an overweight gal. My husband actually wore it as a sleeve garter and got a lot of compliments....he forgot to fill it which irritated him. :) Black garter with red elastic underneath which is what you see in the picture...that is not a red ribbon. We figured it would hold about a shot of "whatever". It was fun.

First off, the flask is real. You can take it out of the garter and fill it. Secondly, the elastic is stretchy, but strong. If your thighs are super thick, you may want to wear it on your calf. My thighs are healthy, but not "thicc" and above mid-thigh is too tight. Hope this is helpful to anyone considering the garter. Also, if you take the flask out, the "pocket" is still noticable, so if you're just looking for a regular garter, don't get this.

I got this to go with my mob/gangster girl costume and it matches perfect, fits perfect (and is stretchy) and the flask is adorable. very cute accessory for a gangster costume or just a fun night out. shipped quickly, I got it in 3 days! I'd recommend it, it's very cute. yes, the flask is tiny, but if it were any bigger, it would look too bulky on the leg. just like picture, red stretchy band, with a black lace over top. sexy and fun for a party for sure, cant wait to wear it!

The flask is a bit too heavy for the garter belt.

It is incredibly SMALL! I can't imagine much fitting in it...but meh, it's a novelty!

IT WAS EMPTY!!(Just kidding) novelty item worth a laugh for reasonable price.
