Came with no instructions in English just chinese. Tubing is to short. Tubing in my opinion is backward. The tubing is on an angle that it is toward the rectal area so the urine does not flow out and the only way it can be worn is for my husband to lay on top of the tubing preventing the urine from draining into the bag.
