I read in the reviews that the hardware was loose inside the box and thought it probably doesn’t happen often at all. Good thing the box was taped all around because half, if not all, the hardware to assemble it would be missing. Luckily, in MY case, only a small washer was missing, which I just so happened to have one very close to the missing one and was able to complete the assembly.NOTE: when tightening the U bolt nuts to secure the axle, put your wheels on FIRST and you’ll have to center it using your eyes before tightening the lock nuts down.I hope this helps someone out!

You cannot beat this cart for the price! With just a few inexpensive modifications it is GREAT!First, throw away the silly aluminum bolts that come with it. I used the bolts from one of those inexpensive assortments from Harbor Freight and did use the included lock nuts. I replaced the two bolts that attach the front handle with slightly longer ones and wing nuts for quick and easy break-down for transport.Lastly I lined it with heavy plastic "hardware cloth" just using zip ties so I can load it up with my gear!In summary, I LOVE it and would buy again!Update: Just returned from first trip to the beach. The cart rolled over the sand fully loaded with very reasonable effort. One additional mod I now recommend; REPLACE the weird spring things that hold on the tires! One must have caught on something and came off during a trip out on the beach and the wheel almost fell off. Luckily I had zip ties and was able to make a repair that kept the wheel on.

I am impressed. This, for the price, is everything I expectedEasy to assemble and I've already started organizing it for a trip to the coast this weekend. It came a day earlier than expected also so delivery, for me, was quick. Five star all the way

The cart it self works and functions as it’s designed. The tires are a different story. Purchased this about 10 months ago. Used it a couple of times last year on a few trips. Then it was stored in a shop until now. Maintained the tires utilizing the directions indicated on the tires only using a bicycle pump and not even reach info the maximum recommended air pressure. It rode in the back of the truck yesterday for about 3.5 hours to the beach. Get it down and the wheels have swollen and are lopsided so know it’s unusable as it wobbles and one tire is swollen so bad that it makes contact. Cart works but the balloon tires don’t last even if following the instructions. Opt for a different style tire. Not to mention had to spend extra money on hardware for assembly due to the cheap /soft ally used. They kept striping and the threads were not cut on a few screws.

Just got this in the mail today. My husband and I are assembling now. We we shorted a screw. This really is irrelevant because the screws are so poor quality that when you try to tighten them they strip like they are a soft material (aluminum foil). We will have to purchase some new sturdy screws in the morning. There are no side supports other than the plastic rod holders and the pull handle. I don’t know if it’s the current junk screws included or just the design but you cannot get the screws to lock down and tighten to the plastic holders. They will spin and spin. Which is not good because these are The only side supports on 3 sides. We will have to figure out someway to stabilize the sides to be adequate which will probably include drilling and/or welding. My husband is very frustrated right now. He is a commercial builder. He is now inside griping and in a bad mood complaining about how ridiculous this is. I read the other comments before purchasing and was just hoping that the good comments outweigh the bad and maybe others just got faulty parts but wasn’t the norm. If you do not have resources or time to go search for new screws and a way to stabilize this frame then do not purchase! Luckily I think with some time and a little extra money my husband can make this a great cart. keep in mind he has all the tools and equipment needed though. That being said, we have not been able to fully assemble yet to even see if the end result is good enough to keep. Still up in the air about the tires because we have not been able to see them in action.

Went together easy. Sturdy cart. Took it to the beach and made my life so much easier! I would highly recommend. I added netting and a couple of other modifications. 1. Replaced the handle bolts with longer bolts and wing nuts to make it easier to take off. 2. Added netting. Made two H forms out of pvc that slide into fishing pole holders. This provides more carrying space for chairs and umbrella.

It is a good value for the money especially like most you go to the beach on vacation once a year. I would recommend before putting it together to replace the hardware (nuts/bolts) that came with it as they are not very durable.Otherwise, no complaints. I've used it on 3 vacations and I am now having to replace alot of te hardware that simple didnt withstand time. Quality hardware makes a huge difference and to be honest its not that expensive to get better at Home Depot or Lowes.
