Th has held up incredibly well and looks great in the living area.It’s perfect if you want play food storage but don’t want a full mini kitchen.The ice dispenser is adorable too with cute wooden ice cubes you can easily replicate with a square dowel cut into small cubes and sanded.Well worth the purchase!

Easy to assemble, took about 30 minutes. Is sturdy and the ice machine works great. Will provide hours of pretend play for my Grandson. Great Christmas gift!

This play grill checks all the boxes for encouraging pretend play. It comes with so many accessories for my granddaughter to “grill” alongside her daddy. It came with such cute accessories. It is super sturdy and well made.

Our toddler is obsessed with our fridge and throws the biggest tantrums whenever we won’t let him in it. Santa brought him his own fridge and we all are obsessed with it. It was easy to set up and is very sturdy. It’s a little smaller than we thought, but it still does the job! My favorite part is the ice maker!

I bought this when Amazon was having a super sale on it. I love wooden toys for my grandkids, and I came across this. Very very easy to assemble, although you will need a Phillips screwdriver besides the provided Allen wrench. There are three reasons I gave it four stars--the side shelf is pretty thin and a child leaning on it or putting something fairly heavy on it might break it. Also, I had my reservations about the lid falling down from the start. Hape addresses this by a rounded peg that you can put into the side of the lid which immobilizes it. However, even a child of two can take this out and the lid could fall on little hands. I shall have to either rig up something myself, or permanently affix the lid in the up position. The third reason is that although pretty sturdy, I would have liked to have seen the legs be a little bit bulkier. This is an inside toy for us, so it won't get that heavy duty use like being dragged around over rough concrete, so I can't tell you how well it would hold up under those circumstances. But overall, at the price I paid ($78) it was a great deal and is thoroughly enjoyed by the grandkids. Would I pay full price ($200) for this? No.

I can't speak highly enough for the company and these two products(kitchen and refrigerator). My grandkids love them!I purchased this Fridge after first buying the Hape Gourmet Kitchen, both were for a Christmas gift. I was so impressed with the Gourmet Kitchen (it is solid and assembly was very easy), that I decided to splurge(it wasn't on sale) and buy the Fridge to go with it. Unfortunately, there was assembly problems when attaching the right wall the the top. The screws would not fit into the predrilled holes, so the fridge isn't stable. This step comes almost at the end of construction and will require taking it completely apart. I have contacted the company and will update this review with their response.

Nicely made product. Real wood. Well put together. Easy to understand directions. My child loves the ice dispenser!! Great way to store the food and plates out of my view. I got some clear plastic containers for drawers on the shelves and no king have to pick up a huge mess from the toy kitchen!

We're big fans of Hape products in our household. My 4 year old and 2 year old played with this for so long. They love putting the kabobs together and grilling me up some food. The only negative is the tongs. They broke within 24 hours of owning this toy. They aren't big enough to actually pick up the "food" and my kids kept forcing them open and close. I knew they would break as soon as I took them out of the box, I just wasn't expecting it to be that quickly. Still, an awesome toy and I highly recommend.
