Sedroc Boxing Gel Fist Guards Slip on Knuckle Shields

I use them for yoga as my wrists are shot so I do Adho Mukha Śvānāsana (downward-facing dog pose), Chaturanga Dandasana, etc on my fists/knuckles-not easy. These guards help a bit with bruising and discomfort. I am petite sized (barely 5 ft) so they're big on me (one size fits all) but do the job. Note: I ordered two sets, one pair is kept in the house, the other in my yoga mat tote, but even though they're one size fits all---one pair is slightly smaller, so better for me!

They protect my knuckles, stay in place and have helped with discoloration and callousing.

During boxing I used to get my knuckles jacked from punching heads or elbows during blocks. Since I’ve used these my knuckles are fine every time. Some days I do 2 hour sparring sessions and they are still fine. Just a little sore. Highly recommend.

It served its purpose but I would only recommend them if your boxing gloves are a little older and you want to give them a few more years. If your gloves are new, wearing these might make your gloves too snug on your knuckles and work Against you.

I use these for boxing. They offer more protection than nothing at all, but could use better protection of the pinky finger.

The guards are as promised. No more bleeding knuckles!
