Ordered Friday came monday. Very quick.I had a couple in if questions for the company that this came from and I'm happy that they answered all my questions and put my mind at rest.Very easy to move and fits better then I expected where I put it.As for energy efficiency I will up date in a couple of months and so far I think this is worth what I have paid .

Pleased with the product and price, but the packaging is poor and two sides were dented when unpacked. We were moving house and it seemed too complicated to try and return and re-order to a different address, but it works well.

Freezer came damaged accepted partial refund as it was going to be stuck blocking wheelchair access to other rooms so I had no choice four separate dents in freezer 1 we have found out is actually a hole in casing see dent at bottom of freezer final picture. I either kept it with partial refund of was stuck with it blocking room accesss until could be returned never again it’s second time this happened to me buying big items from Amazon it’s supposed to be a convenience.

big enough for my needs doesnt take up a lot of room

Pleased with the freezer, however when the packaging was removed the front corner was dented, this was disappointing but as it’s being set up in the garage I’m prepared to except it, would of been different if it was needed for my kitchen.
