Hylamide Photography Foundation Transparent, 1 Ounce

So glad I bought this. I use this by itself, without any primer and I have no problem with it lasting all day. I apply with my fingers, using very small amounts all over my face. It gives you an amazing glow!

I have very sallow yellow-white skin with acne scars and the usual lines and wrinkles. Like every woman, I'm convinced there is a miracle or silver bullet product out there -- I just haven't found it yet. But. This product, while not a miracle, actually does what it says it will do. I did before and after selfies and the camera did like this product and it did blur ugly out and calm colors down. My horrid sallow yellow-white skin was helped by the slight Golden Tanzania color.I'm about to use this foundation on my husband for a photo to be taken by the local newspaper photographer. I'm pretty sure it will help his real photographer's photos look better.Bottomline: it does what it says it will do.Post photo shoot of husband by real photographer: Husband's skin looked great. Camera, professional Nixon camera, fooled by this foundation. Yup, it Really works.

Great product for giving skin a smooth appearance. I've worn it alone and under make-up. The bottle lasts a long time too.

I have good skin and don't really need coverage. I only use Supercity Block tinted sunscreen as makeup, occasionally dusting Absolue powder over it if I want a further blurring effect. I was bored, hadn't tried any new products in a while, so I picked this up mostly to test its blurring abilities.It's an interesting little brightener. The shimmer particles are so super finely milled, you don't see them. Zero glitter effect. Golden hued rather than pink or white. It reminds me of the hue of MaryLoumanizer, but the effect is much more subtle. Unlike Mac Strobe, when this stuff dries, IT STAYS PUT. You can't rub it off, it needs to be washed off.Definitely not suitable as a primer. It dries super fast and is difficult to work with, with fingers, sponge, brush, etc. I can't see it filling in pores or anything like that.Wearing it alone requires a moisturizer before hand, or mixed with, or it'll be patchy. It will cling to and accentuate any dry patches, so exfoliating is needed. Despite the formula being quite watery, it dries down dry, and fast.I can't imagine applying this over foundation, it just doesn't spread well or evenly enough.I like wearing it alone mixed with a few drops of Argan oil. That's my favorite way. I've mixed it with Supercity Block, and it does seem to add a little glow. Nothing stupendous. I'm sure it could be expertly applied as a subtle highlight over foundation, but have neither the patience or know how to deal with it. (So patchy).I also like using it on my eyelids, it's buildable to a few layers, and it's very pretty.I really like it as a brightener. BUT- I don't find it meeting the claims on the box about instant tone correcting, fine lines, textural irregularities, etc. If your skin is dry and has wrinkles, it's going to look like dry, wrinkly skin will a brightener applied over it. It masks nothing. It's simply a liquid brightener that has a golden hue that stays put and gives you a little extra radiance and very slight blurring effect.

Nice product!! Love how it helps even out skin tone. The foundation color reminds me of pearls, which really helps make my skin glow. Not sure how it looks in pictures since I haven't been in any lately, hence the 4 stars. But I will definitely continue to use this as far as the results I have seen so far.

Doesn't do much at all. I cannot even tell I have anything on. And definitely doesn't cover imperfections.

Use it daily under power, gives a nice glow to my skin.

I received this product fairly quick and in tact. The product itself is fantastic! I use it a few ways. The first way is by itself. It gives such a nice glow and radiance. As I am going through very difficult, stressful times as of late this product saved me yesterday when my skin was looking dull and my eye circles were dark due to stress and lack of sleep from the insane amount of stress I've had as of late. So at least my skin was looking good even if I myself am doing terrible (this is a pretty grim review but hey, at least I'm being honest!) the other ways I have used are under foundation, mixed with foundation and over foundation as a very natural, glowy highlight. I love it all ways but under foundation it can sometimes pill up from the silicone in the product but allowing your moisturizer to fully sink in first or using an oil as your moisturizer (I use and love rosehip!) prevents this. Mixing with foundation gives your makeup a more awake, dewy look, I love it with the born this way foundation by too faced! I think it helps the foundation last longer too and since it brightens your skin I don't have to use an undereye concealer. Over top of the foundation as a highlight I looooove! I place it on my cupids bow, tops of my cheekbones, on my brow bones and inner corner of eyes it's so pretty and subtle and I think I like it more than my actual highlighter powder I usually use!Overall, I definitely, definitely recommend and can't wait to try more Hylamide/Deciem products

I have very fair skin and was looking for something to give me an iluminating glow. This liquid is made with silver reflecting particles which looks so beautiful and natural. I have used it with a tan and without one and the results are the same. You only need a small amount and the product works well under foundation or, alone. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a little glow. If you want more of a glossy, summer look. Just use more of the product.
