Street Fit 360 Tube, 26 x 1.95-2.125 32mm Schrader Valve

I ordered this new tube to replace a slow leaking tube on my bicycle. Since it was Dec around the holidays, who would rush to change out the inner tube. I finally got to it last weekend, about 6-7 weeks after I received the new one and after filling with air, the tube would not hold the air. I thought maybe a loose stem. Nope, it is a hole in the new inner tube. This is where, sometimes you are better buying it from a local retailer, because it is easier to go and return it for another one. Not Happy

Our favorite Bicycle Shop owner installed this for me.One week later the tire went flat and I was perplexed.When I disassembled the tire and examined the tube very carefully, there were no holes on the exterior outer surface of the tire (where it rolls against the road.) Instead, the failure was along the inside factory seam weld of the tube.I liked the idea of getting 2 tubes when I made the purchase, but when purchasing more tire tubes, I am going to be a little more careful and look for better quality and maybe read a few purchaser reviews before I commit to this brand again.

Decided to change a tube on the back wheel, because of a blowout.Tires can hold 2.5 - 4.5 bars. I'm a heavy guy, so usually pump to 3.5.This tube blew up on 3.1 bars.

This worked great but is expensive for rubber. When I was a kid, bike tubes were bike tubes, we did not have Lance Armstrong and the other famous bikers boosting what used to be plain Jane products that all of us grew up with. Now because of the prestige the famous bikers brought to the sport, simple bike consumables like bike tubes costs have gone sky rocket high. Yes the quality of rubber matters like they do for cars tires. But these are tubes, how much science does a casual biker like me need to ride? Most of us are casual bikers if that. Most bikes collect dust in the garage. So why so much for rubber tubes?

Used this for one month on grass mainly. Havent gone through trails but it installed eaisly and works great. Cant understand how some rewviewers say "the valve rips right off", they probably dont know what they are doing.

I used one tire with rim tape, and it wore through extremely fast right by the air....thingy. I added a second layer of rim tape (from the un-used tire since I bought 2) and will see if that is better. I hope so! I need to repair the tire, and will continue using. This was within a month, by the way!

I exploded the last tubes I installed because I did it wrong. I followed YouTube more closely this time and installed these babies myself with no problems! Been riding my bike for a few months now with no issues.
