I have used these seasonings a lot. The Baja Dhrimp is a winner with my famiky and I use the vegetable one for roasting Brussels sprouts and asparagus makes them a whole new side dish!!

Used it on cod and it was delicious!

This Urban Accents Gluten Free Main Dish Seafood Seasoning Bundle comes with three pouches of spices that include flavors to create Baja Shrimp, BBQ Glazed Salmon, and Chili Verde Fish Tacos. The pouches contain a large amount of seasonings and spices, so much so, I didn’t follow the directions when cooking/grilling with them and just sprinkled the amount I wanted to use on my dishes, and I still have several servings leftover of two of the spice/herb packets out of three that I’ve used so far. The flavors are all distinct, although I’ve only taste-tested the BBQ Glazed Salmon seasoning from the pouch and not cooked with it, yet.Update: I used the BBQ Glazed Salmon pouch on some salmon fillets that I wrapped in foil and baked in the oven. The seasoning made for a nice change to just plain salmon. I used the whole pouch for this meal that fed my family of 4.I made Baja Shrimp and wrapped them with pepperjack cheese, peppers and onions all in a low carb fajita tortilla. I also made Chili Verde Shrimp (not fish—I don’t do fish unless it’s salmon) and had the seasoned shrimp with cauliflower rice. It was nice to taste two different ways to enjoy shrimp. Don’t add extra salt to your meats as the seasonings contain plenty, and like I said, a little goes a long way with the flavor, so season to your taste. I skillet sautéed my shrimp dishes in butter and added the seasoning to the melted goodness.I’ll use the third seasoning eventually. I’m waiting for Costco to bring back the crab-stuffed salmon fillets—my favorite. I’m sure that the third pouch, when caramelized on salmon, will be just as tasty.

I've tried three of the Urban Accents collections: The Food Truck, Seafood and Burger collections. Of the three (and there is some crossover in included seasoning blends), the seafood collection is my least favored. I found the BBQ glazed salmon blend dominated by the sweetness of the brown sugar which is the major ingredient unfortunately on a open grill that flavoring did not persist with the completed entree. Similarly, the Baja Shrimp blend tasted far too salty and way too mild. I had to add some ghost pepper hot sauce while sauteing the shrimp to achieve any hint of heat. The Chile Verde mix for white fish tacos was the best of this lot. The promoted citrusy notes are subtle but the jalapeno pepper manages to provide a slight degree of spiciness and that variety is probably the only one I'll look to purchase in the future.Assuming the manufacturer comes to their senses and prices these blends appropriately.

I love these seasoning blends! I am a difficult to please cook, especially for seasoning blends. I don't want anything that can't deliver a full flavored and well rounded dish, and it better not be overloaded with salt or sugar either. These all pack a huge flavor punch without being too-spicy for anyone's palette and they are reasonably salted (no extra needed) but not loaded up with salt. I have loved each of these blends, even the BBQ salmon flavor, which I really was on the fence about. I don't typically like BBQ or salmon, but this BBQ salmon was on time! Although I haven't tried it myself, I feel confident that any of these seasoning would be great on any fish, shrimp, chicken, or pork of your choice.Each box contains a sealed and resealable plastic bag of spices intended to season 1 lb of the recommended protein, although you could easily use this to season vegetables and tofu as well. The amount provided is adequate to season that quantity, but not more unless you are utilizing a marinade beforehand and only using this product to finish the dish. So for a family of four these are single use seasoning packets. I do appreciate that these are resealable for those of us who are only cooking for 2 or 1. I would prefer to see these offered in a shaker jar, as that would be easier to store and more functional for my purposes, but that's not a deal breaker for me.

This is a nice set of spice blends. There are three types, each in their own resealable packaging. There's enough for a big party or several applications of each.We eat a lot of fish and I applied the Chile Verde to some nice halibut fillets. After they'd been resting and coming to room temperature, I topped each with a little low sodium soy sauce just to liven things up a little. It turned out to be a smashing good idea and I was happy to deny my husband the leftovers so that I could have a midnight Hobbit snack.All the mixes smell great. We'll try BBQ Salmon next.

Let's be real most of us are cooking a LOT more with covid, and that means we really are getting bored, or we are discovering our inner chefs. For us it has been a mix of the two, frankly. These seasonings are amazing. The tacos are awesome, and since there are two of us, and we make just enough for dinner, and don't make extra that we'll toss, the seasoning packs each make a few meals - so they are a decent bargain. I also love the seafood ones, but we use chicken, and the burgers - just wow! So much better than a fast food or restaurant burger. We really love homemade food, and it is even better when that food is seasoned well and not something we have to guess at. We spend a lot on seasonings, but for these, they are awesome, and we really love them all! You cannot go wrong with this brand!
