Works Well
Altego Professional Cordless Water Flosser - Dental Oral Irrigator for Teeth Cleaning, Braces & Bridges - PortaThis Water Flosser Cordless Oral Irrigator is portable and easy to use but to me, it was a bit awkward and heavy. The set up was very easy. It comes with a proprietary charging cable and block . I let it charge overnight. There are only a few settings to choose from, either low, medium or high. The use is pretty straightforward. Fill the tank with water and turn it on. The low setting is very mild and to get it to fully work for my teeth, I had to use high. I did like the fact that I could add peroxide or mouthwash easily to the water. The cap feels stable and stays put. Just be warned that you shouldn't turn this on until you have it in your mouth or water will go everywhere. It is a bit bulky and awkward to hold. This is very portable and you can travel with it. I can see that being a big plus over some other brands.

Small water tank
This is my second water flosser. Having now tried this one, with a connected water tank, and a tankless one that pulls water from any size container you fill up for it, I definitely prefer the tankless variety. At least for me, the water reservoir on this one is just too small. I had to fill it up at least twice to clean my teeth. It's not hard to do, but it's a pain to stop and reset. That said, it otherwise functions really well. It's easy to hold and easy to use. Water pressure is excellent. (Which is likely why it goes through water in the tank so quickly.) It seems like it would be easy to travel with.I ended up giving this one to my husband, who has never used any similar devices before. He's a fanatic about oral hygiene and he likes using it a lot.

Good
I don’t have much water flosser experience to compare to, but this seems to work as expected! While it is compact, it can definitely still be a bit heavy, especially when you have water in it. Not a problem though - it’s still easy to lift and use for adults but may be a consideration for the elderly. Charging is pretty quick and i like that it comes with 3 floss tips. I have found the best way to use this (for me at least) is to sort of lean forward over the sink as you’re using it - that helps to minimize the water fountains that I sent all across the room during my first use. Still have to wipe down the mirror regularly though when I splash it out there lol

Very powerful
This water pik is very powerful! I've never tried one before, so I can't compare it to the expensive name brand ones, but I really can't imagine that another one would be stronger than this one. I've heard it takes getting used to, which makes sense because it almost hurts my gums on the soft mode. I'm still trying to figure out how to use it without getting water all over my bathroom, and once I do, I'll update with tips. The water stream really gets into my teeth and gums and leaves a clean, fresh feeling. I have to fill the reservoir twice to do one cleaning, but I think that's because I get most of the water on my mirror, lol. It's super easy to fill, just pop off the cap and run it under the sink. You can choose one of the three modes by pushing the button. I learned to first choose the mode, then press the on/off button by getting squirted in the face. The on/off button is not to power it on, it's to start squirting and stop squirting. It comes with a charger and so far it has lasted me four days using twice a day on one charge. I'll update when I figure out how long a charge lasts. It comes with three flexible replacement heads. This is definitely way easier than flossing and feels much cleaner on my teeth, so this will be part of my daily routine.

Very compact
This is probably the 4th cordless water flosser I got to review and it is the most portable one. Here is my review. The good:- Very portable. It is the smallest cordless water flosser with a water tank I have reviewed.- USB charging, which make it further more travel friendly.- Function well, it works as well as my stationary water flosser.- Adjustable power level.- Price is very reasonable.Other thoughts:It comes with a smaller water tank but I find the size is good for single use.

Easy water flosser
Nice little portable water flosser. I have a large one that isn't portable so having this to carry on me is awesome because I have braces and this helps clean them after I eat. The water capacity isn't the largest but it's good to quickly get the job done. This also holds a really decent charge. You can get plenty of uses out on one charge.

A good water flosser.
The media could not be loaded. I like the ease of use. The flosser can be setup quickly after it has been charged. A wall adapter is included with the kit. The nozzles rotate easily for a good cleaning. The flosser don’t look or feel cheap. I like how easy it is to refill and remove the tank. The flosser is powerful with three modes. I don’t like that the flosser dispense water at a rapid rate. It depletes the tank quickly and can be a bit much oral irrigating. Overall, it is a good flosser.

Great so far!
This is great. It charged up really quickly, and is very simple to use. You might need to fill the tank up more than once, perhaps I was just taking my time on the first use, but the water ran out from the tank before I was halfway done. No real complaints though.
