UPDATE POST -lowered the stars to 4: I originally ordered 2 Toners in one order, the first one was great, it last me a good amount of prints, however the second one doesn't work at all, my Dell Printer keeps reading it as empty!, the package did not look used or previously opened, however it is read as empty! Luckily I like to keep stocked and a month or so ago I ordered one extra just in case I run out of toner fast. I will order another one, but not far from when I calculate it will run out, otherwise I will not be able to returned like this one which I had it in stock for over 60 days :( so now it is too late for returns, this is bad, really bad, cause If I want to have toner in stock I wont be able to have it in stock in case of emergency. If next one comes bad again I will have to lower the stars again and start shopping elsewhere!ORIGINAL POST 5 Stars: So far I do not have any problem, I already printed about 200 pages without issues, I have had no errors from my DELL E310dw, usually when you use off-brand items some machines give you an error, this machine has give me none, and I have not notice excess of debris form the tonner or residue on the drum, sticks, or any other defect.Another notations, the packing looks cheap and far from pros, the box I received the product is different from the one in the photo, however, it protects very well the product, possible better than the original from DELL. the plastic that the "cartridge" is made of seems cheap as well as the labels, almost like home made -still I remark that does not affects the quality of the product-.Do I recommend this product? yes, yes I do, this product does what it is intended for, it might not look luxury like others, but the quality of printing is really good, the price it very low compered to the original DELL or other brands, which in the end of the day the printing is all it matters when you work in an office and business environment.

Very disappointed. Contrary to what the product claims (2600 pages), it only lasted me around 1400. Would not buy it again.

I purchased this on October 2019 and here we are January 2022 and just this past weekend I received a toner low message. Thing thing has gone through 2 house moves, one cross country and with daily printing I feel like or later an eternity, and my kids print at least 3-4 coloring pages a week, sometimes 5 in a single weekend day. Placing my second order and looking forward to another 2 years of usage!

I don't print much, but it is empty already. I printed maybe 150 pages in a little over a year before it ran out of ink.

Replaced the original starter toner on E310DW with this. It came with a small white box not the color box shown in the photo. No error msg and printer reported a full toner.Print quality is surprisingly good, nice deep black on par with the original. Also little to no smear after rubbing with finger. Don't know how long this will last but for now, I'm very impressed.Cons:Price can be a little cheaper as the 2 pack is $1 more...but I print few hundreds pages per year so still go for the one pack.
