Great buy. Works better than expected
Great buy. Works better than expected. Incredible value. Definitely recommend if you are on a budget but need a steamer. We bought it because we had a bed bug problem. In less than 2 weeks after steaming furnishings no more bed bugs. Cleans awesomely too. Can't recommend highly enough

Assembling the cleaner out of the box was easy. Level of difficulty was assembly tasks on the level of putting the handle together. Easy peasy. After reading the instructions, (okay, more of a peruse) I filled it with water and in less time than I expected I was steam cleaning my kitchen floor. This steam mop performs as described and the versatility cant be beat. Look at the pricing and carefully compare the model numbers, there are some folks selling the exact same model for considerably more. If you like your dollars, pay attention!

Very well made
Love this steam cleaner. Before I bought this machine I read a ton of reviews. I had never used a steam cleaner before, and did not know what to look for. This machine was delivered quickly, and in good condition. I immediately unpacked the box, and after skimming over the well written instructions, easily assembled the cleaner. The first thing I did was steam clean my linoleum floors. It was so easy, and my floors had never been so clean. I was able to clean my kitchen and dining room floors with one fill of the tank. When I was finished, I removed the cleaning pad and threw it in the washer. It came out clean. Next, I cleaned my windows. The window cleaning attachment was easy to use, and I loved the shoulder strap. It was so easy to just put the machine over one shoulder and clean the windows. When I was finished, I couldn't believe it. My windows were beautiful. You could hardly tell there was glass there! Since that time, I have done various other jobs with this machine, including steaming wrinkles out of my clothing. It's so nice to not have to iron. You can remove wrinkles from your clothes while they are on the hanger and not have to drag out the ironing board. I have always followed the directions for using the Gruene clean system, and always use distiller water in the machine. This is no problem, as the machine uses less water than you would think. All the attachments fit nicely in their places right on the machine and all are very handy. I am very glad I chose this machine, as it have friends who have nothing but problems with their machines of other brands. I recommend this product.

No Regrets!
I have had this steam mop for a couple of months now. I absolutely love it. I found myself looking for more things I could clean... this steam cleaner is not perfect, but I gave it 4 stars for the value. This is priced considerably less than its competitors and comes with attachments. It is true that it does not glide seamlessly across the floor, as the wheels are not meant to roll while in use. I used the attachments for a myriad of chores; baseboards, granite counter tops, grout, toilets, showers, and hard to clean cooked on stains on the stove top. My hand does get tired of holding down the trigger, but it's a small price to pay. Speaking of the trigger, mine doesn't always start the steam. All I have to do though is reach down to the detachable part and press that trigger button (as they are connected) and it works just fine. I would and have recommended this product!

Expensive Disposable Mop
When I bought this mop in Oct 2013, I was thrilled with it. Water tank is large, steams great, lots of attachments. But after I had used it 4-5 times it stopped working. I always used distilled water and I never left water in the tank to sit. I called the company that made it and they replaced it. Used the new one several times and the sensor in the water tank came loose. Because you can't open that tank to reattach it, the company sent me another water tank. I've used the mop another 4-5 times and it has stopped working again. Called the company. They can have it repaired for around $60, my expense. I declined. Bad track record to put any more money into. Kind of an expensive disposable mop.

Good Product
Better constucted than my old Shark and for about the same cost, it's dual purposed. I can clean floors and easily break down the sreamer to easily clean counter tops, windows, or bathrooms. It could have just been me, but it took about a half hour to put it together (I had to enlist my husband to figure out how to clip the steamer foot to the handle which you use when steaming floors-the picture didn't look like the clip on the machine). Other than the assembly, so far it's working great.

Perfect steamer for all your needs
This steamer is the greatest thing. WOW! works wonderful on all floor times. well, I only have tile and hardwood. It's easy to use, easy to fill, easy to clean. Water is all you need for sterilized surfaces. It has a plastic stand to place the steamer just in case it's still wet.Highly recommend this steamer. I've had a few in my past - and they were either too bulky and cumbersome, or too small and ran out of water quickly.This one is just right.

Is there anything this can't do?
Amazing, Wonderful, and all good things! I LOVE this steam mop. I had the Shark steam mop and I really liked it. It broke so I ordered this one after reading the reviews and watching several YouTube videos about it. I have had it for about a month now and I have used it a lot already. It does everything advertised and then some. That grimy space along the rim of the kitchen sink? Done... The icky trash can lid? Done... The hardwood floors covered in footprints? Done... Tile floors? Windows? Granite counters? Stainless Steel appliances? All freshly steamed clean and sparkly. Two thumbs up, and if I had more hands I would give it even more!

cumple con lo prometido, echa el vapor, afloja lo que se desee limpiar y luego con un trapo suele bastar, no es para uso rudo porque se interrumpe con regularidad el flujo y se calienta rápidamente pero para limpiar en casa pequeña sitios específicos como baño y cocina hace muy bien el truco
