ASICS Women's Kanani Bikini Bottom

I purchased this bottom (and matching Kanani Bikini Top) for lap swimming outdoors. I hate the one piece tan lines, but I always have trouble finding a suit that will stay on while swimming AND not squeeze so tightly that it gives a muffin top look. This suit fit the bill. I am 5'4, 132 pounds; this bottom and the matching top, both size S, fit well. I've tested the suit for one workout, and the bottom stayed on with flip turns and lap swimming... and I didn't have to change out of a one piece to lay in the sun after the workout! This bottom is a minimal cut (not quite as revealing as a Brazilian style cut), which I appreciate because of tan lines.. and who says you can't feel good AND look good while working out?I almost returned it because it did squeeze my hips a little too tightly right out of the package; I'm glad I did not return it. It is working well in the pool, and I suspect that over time it will loosen up a little due to water and wear. I will update my review after a few more wears (fingers crossed the bottoms keep staying up!). I also tried a Speedo Flipturns two piece, and the fit of this asics suit is much much much MUCH more flattering to my body. The Speedo suit went back immediately. This Asics suit is going to be my go-to suit for summer pool workouts.

Super impressed Italy material and reversible were a bonus! Fits true to size. Nice tiny bottom for volleyball tourneys! I’m 5’7” 130lbs athletic and took a small top and medium bottom. Be sure to tie the top tightly so you don’t get bottom boob exposure when blocking!

Great reversible bikini bottoms. High quality, thick fabric stays on when you move and doesn't show through when wet. I love that they are truly reversible! However, I ordered a size medium and they are pretty skimpy, barely covering the midline in the rear. Normally I wear a size 4 in pants/dresses as a frame of reference.

Aggressively cut. Well made and athletic, but back coverage is more revealing than most bathing suits. Keeping it because like the sexy/athletic image for vacations or tanning on beach but probably not for those looking for routine athletic activities (although seems like would stay in place if comfortable with the exposure) or family vacations.

I’m a guy and like wearing these bottoms when I’m swimming. They run a little small but not to bad, holds me in place.

These are a great bikini with no complaints except that it shows quite a bit of cheek. This tends to show a lot of backside, which is great as long as you are comfortable with that

I was looking for a swimsuit that won't fall off when I push off the wall while swimming laps. This one hugs tightly, but not too tightly. The color is beautiful and it's such a lovely piece. I usually wear a medium, but that was too tight and showed too much, so I went with a large and it was perfect.
