The product itself is good and it’s what I was aspecting form it. The delivery guy literally smashed the package as you see the image and it ran so I can’t see his face. He should be dealt with. Luckily the package was sturdy and did not do any damage as far as I’ve seen so far. The picture is off of the package inside the one the driver took at the door. I bet this isn’t his first time doing this .

My kids love it. Bought it as a novelty gift. Works in total darkness. Easy to navigate buttons. Just take a moment to memorize the functions and locations. Works great visually at 100 yards. Bought for educational purposes but could use for activities like security, nature watching, etc., since material is made to withstand a drop or two. Basically this IR tech is not military grade or a Ghost Recon video game equivalent. So I wouldn’t be surprised that this product will cost less than $100 one day as technology becomes more common place like FLiR One adapters for smart phones. Note: it’s best to use these binoculars after you’ve safely found a good spot to observe targets. Use extreme caution in the forest or mountains. Any camera‘s perspective is not at all like the natural eye, yet. Find a secure & wide open area ;)

Made in China. Nowhere on device does it show a make or model. Bought with extended warranty...good luck filing it.

Like the viewing area nice and big . The little time I have got to use it has been simple and easy to use. A little grainy but most night vision is grainy. For what I am going to use it for it is a good price. Will see how long the batteries last. have some rechargeable batteries on order.

Battery’s dead upon arrival

I was going to return, but it would have been a mistake. You must read the instructions and get very familiar with control buttons. Once you do you,lol be very satisfied with the equipment and its capabilities for the price.

This model works really well considering how inexpensive it is. The 2+" screen is easy to see and the built in IR illuminator works great. Good product.

They didn't send a instruction manual with it, and when I e-mailed the website they gave me another site to go to for downloading a manual, only my computer could not find the site.. Still trying to figure out the buttons and have not found where the card is residing..
