Gave these to my sister-in-law who has just recently had a caesarean. These are exactly what her midwife recommend for her to protect her wound. She found them to be a very comfortable fit. The pants come past her wound. She is very grateful.

I bought high waist pants because I wanted to cover just a little bit my tummy after pregnancy.Those 4 pack was a good choice. For a very low I received 4 pants, with a different colours with a very good quality fabric made.I ordered size m and I match perfectly. Usually I am wearing 8-10 UK size.So, pants are mega soft in touch, which is important because of the place on the body where I wear them. They are made from cotton in 95% which is really high.Unfortunately I have to change my review. After a few days if wearing pants I have to admit that they are to small. It's even a little painful to wear them. That strange. I am wearing size 8 and order size M and still to small for me. Disappointed

These are advertised as 95% cotton. That must be a joke, there is no way these contain a single thread of cotton. They feel super cheap. The labels inside are chinese, so I can't verify. They're very cheaply made. There are no seams, the whole thing is just glued together. After wearing one for a few hours, it already started to go saggy. I don't expect them to survive the first wash.EDIT: they did really dissolve after the first wash, so am returning them now. The knickers I got are definitely different to some of the other customer pictures. My guess is, they had a good batch they sent out first to harvest good reviews. Now it's down to the wires... Don't buy - total waste of money!

Visible appearance: Same as shown in the pic.Product quality: When you touch the Fabric it seems very soft silky and elastic.*Size: Extremely disappointing. As it says large(L) but when I opened the pack at first sight found it very small checked the size description though it was written (L) large but actually it is extra small . The thigh holes are extremely small . It is kids under ware and not for adults.I have ordered two different brands of panties with same size (L) . When other one is of perfect size but this one is not even near (L).Want to return it.

Really nice pants, lovely smooth material no lines go to about an inch below tummy button. I bought them for after surgery and they're very good but ill be wearing them with dresses etc too. Thank you.
