It's light to carry and easy to operate. The only somewhat negative aspect is that threading the needle is awkward because of the little space provided. That makes even the needle threader difficult to use. With regular sewing machines, where the needle eye is located on the side, and therefore it is threaded from the side, and not back to front, this task is an easy one.

Perfect for my needs to teach a 7 and 9 year olds how to sew but also workable for other household uses. I think it’s a great little machine, easy to use with lots of things it can do. Worth the cost.

This machine is terrible. I bought it for my granddaughter as a beginner machine. First off ... the instruction book is no help because the drawings are tiny and blurry. You need a magnifying glass to read them ... and even then, they are not helpful. My granddaughter's father, my engineer husband and me - a seamstress- would not get this thing to work right. I challenge anyone to figure out how to get the bobbin mechanism to work. The thread that comes with it is more like string than thread and the needle is small so it is nearly impossible to thread. I could go on but you get the idea. Sadly, her birthday was after the return date, some can't return it. I'm stuck with it. I finally just did what I should have done in the beginning ... spent $50 more for a real Singer machine that will work right.

The machine is cute if you what to just do little things, it's not a heavy duty sewing machine.

I like the ease of changing stiches, however the bobbin cover constantly falls off when I use reverse sticth. I love that it's small but so adequate for my needs.

Bought it to make facemask. It is not sturdy enough to sew over 2 layers without getting jammed. The first 15 mins i used it the thread tangled so much and so tightly that i had to take it apart 3 times.

It is wonderful. A great beginner sewing machine, but for me it is a perfect size to carry in my motorhome for needed repairs that pop up. It us lightweight and does not take up a lot of space. Very happy.

It's super lightweight and seems like it may be a good machine after a little tweaking. First off, I received a very obviously used machine with a broken needle and no extra needles in the box. Second, the timing on the bobbin is off BUT that may be because the needle I tried to use may be too long for a mini machine. Once I get new needles we will see if that changes the timing. The plate above the bobbin is super easy to remove so working with the timing may be easy.
