The 'Scented candle, is not scented.' It smells worse than pure powdered laundry soap. Not in a good way.

Keeps the house smelling fresh 24/7. Usually can last at least 3 12 hour burns

No potency.

These candle scents don’t trigger my migraines. They burn clean and the aroma is very pleasing. The Lavender is my number one favorite and the scent is a very true lavender scent and not the commercial scent you get in lotions. During the summer at the height of the heat and humidity I put these in the closets to keep a fresh scent. The candles are very fragrant enough that the ones in the closets have yet to be burned. One of the best candles I have ever purchased. Great company, I have now started using the hand soaps as well.

Clean scent and clean burning, this candle was soy lovely! Def giftable but you deserve to treat yourself so go ahead and place one in your cart for you to enjoy!

Update (to original review below): I purchased this as an Add-On Item on January 3, 2018, and not only is the wick reluctant to light and produce a bright flame (it turns orange, looking like a heater coil), but it also gives off no scent whatsoever after getting it lit and leaving it burn for an hour! The only smell it emits is chemical-like when putting out the dim flame, and there's no spiraly smoke after. THE QUALITY HAS EITHER CHANGED OR GONE AWRY.- - - -Original Review:For all of the fragranced candles I've tried, from crappy (Yankee Candle) to fancy (Diptyque, Ladurée) and in between (Nest, Jonathan Adler, etc., etc., etc.), Mrs. Meyer's wins for emitting and maintaining a strong scent from right after it's lit, and burning evenly and slowly -- actually lasting for the length of time it's supposed to (and the jar can be repurposed after). It's just not a purely lavender scent (thus the deduction of a star), but it *is* nice quality/good value for the money.

I usually buy "fancy" candles from big box stores. I do always try for soy or beeswax as I'm aware how toxic regular candles can be. This is the first time purchasing this brand (I was gifted one many years ago). I love the scent of this candle! I'm amazed how it is subtle yet fills the space with the smell. It burns very cleanly, and it seems as though it will last for quite a while. Will purchase again!
