I ordered size 3-6months for my daughter to wear for her Daddy this fathers day but when I took it out the packet to try it on her its absolutely huge and would easily fit an 12-18month baby! The quality of the vest isn't the best,it's very thin,but at the very least I expected it to be the right size! The label inside says 3-6months too for some reason but it definitely isn't,it's massive!
