EASTPAK Unisex Padded Pak'r Backpack (pack of 1)

Great for days out, smart enough for work. Strong and well made, I love the midnight blue which goes well with everything. I don't mind that there's no inside pocket as the outside one is useful and if you put things in an inside pocket they tend to dig into your back. Straps are stiff and take a while to soften up. Very comfy to carry and enough room for all my stuff, but not too big. My boyfriend has the out of office backpack which is slightly bigger and has a laptop pocket. I might have to get another colour at some point.

Absolutely incredible bag. Fits way more stuff in that I originally thought, I've had a laptop, books, clothes, shopping, everything in it, and it always seems to fit!Am just waiting for the straps to soften up a little as they are currently quite stiff, but having read other reviews, it seems with a bit of wear and tear they become incredibly comfortable.Looks really smart and have worn it everyday since it arrived, not had any problems yet!

The famous Eastpack is a well established brand which is very assuring but it's very ambitious claim of warranty for 30 years is a long shot in the dark of which there is no precedent. It is well built with good features and made with good quality material and that is how far I can see it. If it lasted five years then I will be more then happy as I cannot see myself to be on this planet in 30 years so this claim has no meaning for me. Still it is a good branded product and it is very well made. You should try it for it's claim on durability as it looks that if used properly then it will last long time. Try it.

We have 2 other Eastpaks - bought a couple of years ago (made in China and Thailand). This one (made in Bangladesh) has thinner and less stuff material. Still has 30year warranty. Rest of build quality seems up to scratch - so far. The old ones get heavy use - shopping/baby bags/travel.The thinner fabric doesn't automatically means it isn't as good but it feels less good and is a little disappointing re: the general slide into cutting corners. The Hershel backpacks have much thicker materials - though haven't owned one enough to comment on rest of manufacturing quality.Style is personal of course - I like these because they are not "fashion" but form for function (and therefore pleasing to look at also - mine is the dark blue which is nice). Would still recommend.

This is by far my favourite bag I've brought of recent. The bag has alot of room in and is very comfortable to wear. The durability is also very good.. I've done alot of walking with it and even taken it abroad many times and it's been very helpful. Would 100% recommend.

I use this bag for college and casual stuff.Personally I really like this bag, I've had it for a few months now, the colour hasn't faded, It's still holding it's shape and it's working very nicely at holding my A4 folders and sometimes a laptop. I use the front of the bag for my wallet and pens so it works like a pencil case.

I work from home 99% of the time, however on occasion I am required to meet with clients and I needed a replacement backpack for my ageing Crumpler. In addition, I wanted something smaller, as the bag I was replacing was pretty large and given my situation, completely unnecessary!I picked this backpack up in the Amazon Prime Day sale 2016; it was reasonably priced and looked very professional. It looks particularly nice when paired with a smart outfit such as suit. Despite only having two distinct sections, I was able to comfortably and tidily fit in my 13" laptop, accessories, notepad, stationary, etc.I'd been very happy with the bag up until the day I had to walk in a downpour; when I reached my destination, I noticed that some important documents I'd been carrying had wet corners where they'd been in contact with the lining of the bag! They weren't destroyed, by any means, but it did shake my confidence in the bag to protect items I had inside.
