Good for protecting back muscles when pregnant!
I hurt my back by pulling a muscle around 5 and half months pregnant. I bought this to help support my belly and protect my back. It does work but I gave only 4 stars because if you have an hourglass figure the band will roll and dig in because the stretchy secondary belt holds the primary belt tight through 3 velcro areas. It REALLY needs about 2 more velcro areas on the secondary belt to make it more adjustable, if it had that it would eliminate the rolling. As well when the belt rolls or folds down occassionally, as it does, sometimes the velcro will rake your skin. I HIGHLY recommend the Belevation pregnancy support belly band to wear under this belt. It protects your skin from the velcro and helps hold the belt in place as you work, very good when you're plus size. I bought the 2x and I am 37 weeks pregnant and this belt will definitely extend to the end of my pregnancy. :)

Best Pelvic Support Belt On The Market
This is the greatest pelvic support belt ever made. A friend who tried mine remarked "It's like a hug for your pelvis!" Yes. It's just wide enough to support you where you need it. Just stretchy enough to not give you insane constipation or keep you dependent upon it if you are hypermobile. Not too hot, not too stretchy, not too bulky. Absolutely perfect. I've suggested it to my PT as it's the best belt out there.I've used the SI Loc belts - both regular and maternity, a nameless thin traditional stretchy neoprene, traditional webbed belts (literally just webbing and a buckle), Motherhood maternity's pointless piece of elastic belt, and several from my local medical supply store.I'm not pregnant - I have GI issues, sacroilitis and pubic symphysis dysfunction. Wearing a traditional SI belt is absolute torture and results in GI blockage, but hey my pelvis is stable!Because of constant GI issues I've had a permanent belly, like being 6-7 months pregnant for years. Needing to wear maternity clothes and all, making sure everything is cut low.I've gotten this belt as a gift for pregnant friends and they've all loved it.There is nothing like the relief of good support, and this will hold your aching pelvis together perfectly.

Great support and pain relief
Definitely worth getting even if you are carrying small. I have been struggling with sciatica, hip and low back pain since my first month off and on. I am an avid runner and go to the gym, and was finding it difficult to do any of my exercises without being in pain. All I have to say, is I should have ordered it sooner. The only con is that it shifts up while I'm running, so I have to continually pull it down to maintain the support I need around my low back and hips.

This has been helping with my pain
I bought this band because I have been having pain in my round ligaments and I think pelvic floor. I'm not sure where the pain technically is, but everything pretty much hurts and I wanted to see if something like this would help. For example, just a little bit of walking was making me very uncomfortable and in a lot of pain. We were going to go to the Ren Fest and I wanted to be able to walk around with everyone so I bought this and tried it out. It allowed me to walk around some, not as much as I would have been able to pre-pregnancy, but it let the pain subside enough to get around. And then when I took it off I felt how much pain I was really in. So I guess it has allowed me to walk but it doesn't prevent the pain from occurring, if that makes any sense. The pain will come but the band allows for the pain to be felt later. And that's been an okay thing because then I can do Oula and I still want to be active. And I want to say something about sizing because I had some uncertainty about what size to order. Pre-pregnancy I would wear an XL skirt and given their sizing guidelines I would be wearing a Large belt. The Large was the correct size. Right now in my pregnancy I'm 210 lbs and 5'7".

Keeps you active!
I am a 20-mile-a-week runner and though I love being pregnant, I never enjoy cutting back due to round ligament and hip pain. I am now 20 weeks pregnant with my 7th and the Cabea Belly Band is making it possible for me to keep running longer and feeling good! I am running a few less miles at this point to balance fatigue and loose ankles/knees, but my belly feels great! The band needs to be worn directly on your belly where it stays put perfectly (not outside your slippery workout clothes). I ordered based on my (16 weeks pregnant) waist measurement and the size was perfect-not too big, but with some overlap that should be good all 9 months. So thankful for the ingenuitive people that created this product so I can enjoy staying healthy!

Must have for pregnant runners
I love this support band for running. In my first pregnancy, I had to give up on running after the 3rd month because of round ligament, hip and lower back pain. I tried a few other bands at the time, but could never find anything that helped. I decided to give this band a try at 3 months into my pregnancy when I started to have the same pains. I am now almost 5 months into my pregnancy and I'm still able to jog using this band. I'm very impressed with how lightweight and breathable it is with the perfect level of support. Unfortunately, it wasn't as useful in other workouts though. I tried wearing it to do exercises such as squats and dead lifts but it ended up curling up at the bottom and bunching if I bent forward even a little bit. I also would not recommend it for everyday day use as it's not really comfortable to sit down in for the same reasons. Even though it is only really useful for running and walking, it is still worth the 5 star review to me because it works really, really well for that one thing. For everyday use, I would recommend MEDIZED Maternity Belt, Breathable Abdominal Binder, Back Support, One Size, Beige instead. It has great support but it's much more comfortable to sit down in and it fits better under clothes.
