nuLOOM Contessa Ombre Runner Rug, 2' 6" x 10', Grey

Bought this for our renovated master bedroom and I specifically got it because others said the "silver" was really more of a blue-green. We painted our bedroom Benjamin Moore Hemlock, which is a very dark teal (gorgeous BTW!) so it worked perfectly as it is basically a lighter version of exactly what's on our walls. Quality is good. Nice, comfy pile for bare feet. I will warn that it could look kind of hotel ballroom on its own, so personally, I wouldn't get it if it is going to be a focal point in a room. It's a synthetic, so I think it should be easy to clean.

The rug is a nice size and seems like good quality. However, the picture shown on Amazon is not the same color grey. I was really wanting a darker grey rug and this is a very like bluish grey color. It’s not dark at all and the color doesn’t work for my bathroom. Very disappointed in that. Also, it takes a long time for the rug to lay out and still seems crinkled in some spots even with laying weights and books on it. On the positive side, I did receive it quickly.

I've been looking for a new rug for my livingroom for well over a year (yes I am picky). I have 2 kids and 2 large dogs. I needed something that would be easy to clean but still look great. I believe this was finally the one I had been searching for. The color looks gray in the photos but it has blue in it and matches so well with my blue gray wall color. I am on love! I did put weights on the ends for a few hours after receiving it. Now about a week later the rug is still settling in from being rolled in the box but I believe it will work itself out soon enough (need to walk on it more in some places). The pictures don't do it justice.Update: the wrinkles did not come out. Contacted customer service who provided me with "solutions " without much difference. Although I do love the design I would not purchase this brand again. Looking for another rug.

This rug is much better than expected! With a 16 year old dog, it's already been put to the test on how well it cleans, and it passed with flying colors! The color is light bluish gray with an ivory background. I put a pad under it to make a bit softer to walk on. The rug does not absorb water (it just pools) and stains clean easily. It even steam cleans well! We have this in a Florida room with access to the backyard, so lots of dirt and mud walk across it and it vacuums beautifully. If your thinking about ordering it, go ahead and make the purchase. You won't be disappointed!

Great quality rug for the price. However, it arrived with a small stain on it (not very noticable, just annoying) and I cannot get the carpet to lie flat. It's pretty creased from shipping and I've already tried weighing it down with books and furniture. Maybe this will go away with time, but it's been a month and it's still a bit wavy.

I really like this rug! My only complaints (why I took a star away) are that it is actually lighter than the photo presented and that it is taking forever for it to get beaten down and lay flat. It’s been out a week and it’s still kinda bumpy. Also (nothing to do with the star), you have to buy a nonslip pad for underneath it which isn’t a big deal honestly. Otherwise it’s really soft, good quality, and a good value.

The rug is not as dark as the picture. The grey it is very soft and from far away looks like white. The overall quality it is good for the price.

I always roll my eyes when I see people complain about low quality, huge area rugs under $200… buttttt I bought this same exact rug in 2017 or so… the rug was much softer, had more pile, way more dense… this is the second nuloom rug I’ve bought recently and the fabric quality has definitely gone down. The fabric seems cheaper itself, and also more sparse.I’ll submit a pic of the original rug, and the new one. On the old one if you roll it you’ll never see the underneath stitching area, and on the new one it’s clearly visible. It’s pretty disappointing honestly! The last picture is the old rug and the other two is the new crappier version
