Jack Russell Terrier Training: Dog Training for your Jack Russell puppy

This book is a valuable tool and great reference. I can see the mistakes Now that I have made in the past using techniques I thought were good in training a puppy. This book is a must have if you plan on raising a happy Jack Russell.

This book is helpful

The book is easy to read and would be an asset to a young reader, however the content is intended for someone who has NEVER owned any dog before. I thought it would be helpful since we haven't had a JRT puppy in the house for 14 years, but most of the information is common sense and not specific to owning a JRT.

Lots of good advice

Gave us a better understanding of our rescue puppies. By understanding Jack Russel behavior, we are sure to have a long loving relationship with our new fur babies!

Very basic book and not very relevant to Jack Russells per se. We found some of the advice especially on socialising incorrect. I would not recommend this to anyone who is buying their first Jack Russell, far better advice on the internet and if you are buying your first puppy of any kind, avoid.

I’ve found the book very helpful, as I’ve got my puppy🐶he’s 8months old now. I took all the tips and put into action and it definitely works by persevering. I’m always going back to the book when I need to remind myself on his training. I’ve now purchased both the other books. So looking forward to using them when he’s ready🐶I would like to say Thankyou to Claudia for her books👍

As my puppy is only 13 weeks old now we have only been going a few weeks. Although I have read the book many times and I bought it before we collected her. Maybe too early to come to a conclusion but I think it’s helpful.

Nice book. Reasonably well written. Very short and very light on specifics.
