I use turmeric for inflammation. I'm 30 with chronic knee problems dating back to my teens. My orthopedic surgeon prescribed my the highest dosage of ibuprofen known to man -worthless.. I started taking turmeric several years ago to try and get better results without side-effects and to the surprise of nobody ( who take turmeric) the inflammation has gone away. I like this product because it keeps the swelling away that plagued me after tearing my ACL and having knee surgery on the opposite knee. It's typical supplement size and the taste is what I'm used to for turmeric. I recommend to anyone who has inflammation anywhere

This is a natural way of keeping mild aches and pains away due to inflammation and irritation soreness. Before doing something strenuous like shoveling snow I take one additional pill. I take one daily. Now my husband and I take one daily for arthritis disc pain and do notice great improvement in our ability to freely move. Daughter however upsets her stomach even when taken along with food.

This is a great price for a Tumeric supplement! However, Tumeric absorbs much better when mixed with black pepper.When I run out of this bottle, I'll be purchasing a brand containing a small amount of black pepper mixed in.

My Doctor has me taking Tumeric 3 times a day for inflammation and pain. I have felt this product has worked better than other brands of Tumeric. I will continue to buy this brand.

Love it. Feel better when I take it

I tried this as it had good reviews and was promised to be highly absorbable but I am extremely disappointed. I have fibromyalgia and this product does absolutely nothing for pain relief. Switched back to my previous brand and it is helping me again. I don't know if it's the lack of pepper included in this product or what but it did not work for me. I am one day past the return deadline so now I'm stuck with it. Highly disappointed. You should be allotted enough time to try it to see if it actually works. I won't buy again.UPDATE: The seller has reached out and offered a full refund for this product. I appreciate that they to the initiative to make this right. Thank you!
