Works well, large handle affords more control and pulling power
When I had my home re-sided in 2016, I saved a LOT of excess siding pieces both original length and short pieces. I have trees in my yard. Trees + wind = siding damage. The siding company gets $125 just to show up. For $10, I bought this siding removal (and installation) tool. It works great.I had 4 pieces of damaged siding from the trees from an 80mph wind storm. The damaged pieces were about 4 feet long. This siding tool was helpful in separating the damaged pieces. It was equally helpful in installing the replacement pieces because you need to pull down on the siding pieces to get them to interlock. It's a job best done in warmer weather - like 60+ degrees. Hope that helps!

Things wicked awesome. Love using a wooden handle and the metal is sturdy enough to get under the vinyl siding.

Pretty but useless
I should have gotten the solid metal ones, I thought this would be a nicer high quality tool and it is, but it is just not strong enough to do the job, it is not stiff enough for stubborn soffits..
