We have noticed an improvement on our alertness, memory and disposition for the day. We use it in conjunction with other brain supplements.

Before I talk about the product, I need to make one thing very clear- memory is not a problem for me.I have one of those scary memories, where I can remember everything right down to the finest detail from years and years ago. I'm 30 years old and I can remember things very clearly from when I was 3 years old onward. Do you want the name of someone who borrowed a dollar from me in 7th grade pre-algebra? The layout of the game store I bought EarthBound from in Jaunary 1999? How about the first and last name of a guy I met while waiting for a bus in 2003, and what we talked about for a whopping 4 minutes, and never saw again? These aren't great examples, I know, but I freak out people now and then when I bring up something we were talking about from just a few weeks into our friendship, when it was essentially a throwaway topic.My focus is very good too, and in the nearly 10 years I've been at my current job, which is the kind of work where people frequently get injured, I've never had a single incident myself. I don't get absentminded, and can concentrate on what I'm doing, even when in autopilot, which is usually how I do things.I'm not trying to brag when I say all this but I also need to say that I know I'm not the target customer for Focus Max. Still, every kind of focus/memory supplement I've tried in the past has had the tendency to give me really nice dreams. I'll get it out of the way now- Focus Max didn't give me any noticeable advantages in my memory or focus. You take two capsules a day with meals and you're good to go. I didn't feel any different, and the capsules don't have a bad taste or smell to them.As expected, Focus Max gave me some incredibly unique dreams. I'm not going to type them all out because almost all of them were based around personal experiences and with people I've known in my life, and a couple that are very important to me. But the way the dreams were, was very different from standard dreams. In most of them, I was myself as I am now, and aware of everything going on in the dream. I could move about as I wanted, and could decide on what I did or said when someone was talking to me. It's like I was actually there. With how close some of the dreams were to my real life experiences, this may sound stupid, but it was as if I was seeing an alternate reality where I had went with a different choice instead of what I ended up doing in real life. I was basically seeing how things could have been, and these events felt too real to be considered just something my mind threw together. Right down to how I was feeling in the dream, I could feel for myself. Think about the feelings you've had at different points in your life, like maybe if you were scared to go down a certain hallway in your school, or if you had problems doing something in front of groups of people like speeches, you remember those feelings you had. Feelings like those hit me in the dreams, and that's never happened before for me.My Focus Max didn't come with the booklet that's shown here. I doubt it's anything -that- important, but since it says that you need to read it first, I am a little curious as to what the info is. I'm also curious about what the pills really contain since the bottle was pretty vague.I'm giving it 4 stars because I can't say anything for the memory/focus aspect, and it didn't enhance either of mine, so I can't say that it worked as expected. Again, I'm not someone that has problems with either. The price seems a bit high too for just 30 capsules, which will last you 15 days if you take two a day (one or two a day is the recommended dose). I might get more Focus Max somewhere down the road, but I'm in no hurry to do so right now. Even now, about a week after I've stopped taking it/ran out, I've had a few pretty crazy-real dreams. They'll probably go away after another week or two. I wouldn't mind if they kept coming though.

I was excited to try this product simply because it had DMAE. Having had that supplement before and loving my results it was great to have another supplement with it combined with other ingredients that would hopefully provide positive results. i took in the morning with my morning meds and have been feeling a lot less scatter brained the last week or so. I have 3 kiddos one with severe special needs and I feel like my brain is always on the next thing that needs to be done and where she needs to go and a million thoughts and ideas and if you don't write them down this second they are gone and this supplement has been a blessing in allowing me to slow down just a bit and breath. I'm forgetting less things and certainly feel less scattered than normal. I'm functioning on less sleep and still alert and awake. Still need to read the ebook when time allows. I know the DMAE benefits from taking before but nice to see the other info. I recieved this product at a discount in exchange for my honest tried out review. For the price and benefits you truly can't go wrong with purchasing.

Ive been taking focus max for about a week believe me i was skeptical at first but it works exactly as advertised. I have the worlds worst memory always forgetting things and it seems like i have constant brain fog. When people live a busy lifestyle always in a hurry the daily hussle and bussle its often hard to concentrate. I really believe this product is helping me focus a lot better at work and everyday tasks. Seems like im able to get more done and motivated to do so with out hesitation and I feel that its starting to help my memory. I know ive only been taking this for a week but i can tell a difference ive only been taking one a day been wanting to up it to two but trying to make it last. I feel its only gonna get better in time. Not too expensive either how ever i did recieve this product for free to review i will be ordering a bottle when i run out.

I have examination coming and been taking this capsules so I can focus on what I studying but I am not sure if it's working. My daughter been so loud playing her dolls and I can't focus of the book that I am reading.I got this product in exchange of my Unbiased review

I have used this in the past and it has helped me a lot with my studies especially since I am in school. I would rate this 3/5. However, be cautious of St. John's wart. Do your research before you proceed with this product because everyone is different.
