I used this fabric to make a custom basket liner for my beach cruiser. The fabric had the colors, theme, weight and durability I was looking for. I use my bike basket a lot, so the fabric needs to be water resistant and durable. The fabric is vibrant and sews nicely. I took a star off because it frays rather easily and is a bit springy when trying to fold it down. Perhaps that is typical of outdoor fabrics. It is just something to be aware of. To remedy the springiness, I just used my iron on the synthetic setting, and it was fine. I love how the fabric looks as a liner on my bike. I am now looking at other Ambesonne outdoor fabrics for various projects. Highly recommend.

My kitchen chairs needed reupholstering and I wanted something that was durable. It’s always hard to buy fabric online but I made an amazing choice with this stuff.

So I bought this fabric to recover some outdoor cushions—that won’t be happening. The fabric is cute, but it is way too thin. It is so thin that if I were to make a skirt out of it I would need a slip in order to wear it. I’m not sure how durable it would be, so take that into consideration. I would never use a fabric this lightweight for upholstery-no way it will last. It might be appropriate for pillows(make sure filling is an insert though since you can see everything behind the fabric.

Love how the barstools turned out; fabric was easy to work with and really brightened up the area.

These look great on my dining room chairs! HOWEVER the pattern has a variation in the cream color. There are columns in the pattern that are darker. So on the cushion, it looks a bit like there are stained spots on this clean new cushion. Livable though. Also the single sheet is not vertical it’s horizontal of the pattern.

This fabric is really nice, but if you’re thinking of using it for upholstery, you should know that it bleeds really badly. We ended up moving the reupholstered couch into a different room. We reupholstered our other couch with a different fabric and it’s fine. It’s too bad because the fabric is quite nice, but after sitting on it for only 48 hours, the fabric had dye smudges all over it.

This fabric feels great. The texture and weaving are exceptional. I intend to use it for bag making and was worried about durability. It’s awesome!!! No need to worry 😃
