Corkscrew Bill

This thing is way to big to be practical as a corkscrew. Maybe the manufacturer didn't feel comfortable making the business end any smaller than it is, and scaled the rest of it to match, I dunno. However, it was great as a gag gift (the original intent) and in fact got repackaged and regifted twice on Christmas day.

My husband picked this out for my father-in-law. I was a little worried it might be outdated, but no! He loved it! He actually opened the packed while on the phone with my husband - I could hear him laughing through the phone! He couldn't get over it. He loved the way the corkscrew came out. He could hardly wait to put it on his bar and invite people over. It was a huge hit! My husband paired it with the Obama toilet paper; the two together really made my FIL's birthday, and he's hard to shop for.

I was looking for a joke gift for my next door neighbor. When I ran across this on Amazon.com, I immediatly said, "That's It". My neighbor have spent many hours together drinking wine while discussing politics in general. Last year I gave him a Hillary Clinton nutcracker. This completes the set.

I purchased this for a white elephant gift exchange at work and it was a hit! I also purchased the matching Hillary Nutcracker, as I couldn't pass up the pair! I am not sure how well it works as an actual corkscrew, but the box itself is wonderful with all of the quotes from various people. I would definitely recommend this if looking for a random, unique gift that will be the hit of the party!

My friend loves Bill Clinton and this was the most perfect gag gift for her. I gave it to her at our shop Christmas party and I guarantee you he was the hit of the party. Although we're not sure how well he opens wine bottles, we didn't get past just staring at him. :0) Probably next year I will complete her set with the Hilary Nut Crackers. (She loves Hilary too.)

When I saw this while browsing, I immediately knew that I had to purchase Corkscrew Bill for my politics-loving boyfriend. He loved it so much and thought it was hilarious!! I got him the Hillary Nutcracker as well because you can't have one without the other!! I thought this was so humorous that I even purchased an extra for my company's grab-bag holiday party - it was a hit!

I got this as a gift for my liberal friend.I'm not sure they will love me or hate me, but it is a hoot.Larger than I expected. Maybe 10" high?Who says size doesn't matter?

This was the hit of several parties and everyone laughed and laughed. A lot more money than one would expect to pay for this but it was a good item.
