Hopefully I never have to use it
I got this cover when I bought my Brother colour laser printer. They emailed straight away and the cover seems comprehensive. Fingers crossed I never need to use it.

Poor service - THINK TWICE BEFORE ADDING TO YOUR PURCHASE
I have purchased a XEROX printer in April 2020 that I paid £327 for at Amazon. If you buy certain products, you will notice an option to add an insurance. Since the devise wasn't cheap, I decided to add it for the peace of mind in the future (so I thought).The printer started to develop connectivity issues in April 2021. I called Xerox, and lo and behold, the warranty has just expired so they refused to help.However, I wasn't too worried as I had my insurance and thought I will be able to fix it in no time. The insurer's name is Protect Your Bubble, a well-known brand.I had managed to use the printer for few months while printing and scanning to a USB drive. It's not great if you consider that the device is quite sophisticated, it allows you also to automatically scan big documents and sends them afterwards to your email. This is the case only if you are connected to the local Wi-Fi or via an Ethernet Cable.I think I was being too lazy to make the claim.After 6 months of having to scan to a USB, however, my wife told me off and asked to fix this issue.To cut the long story short, today is the 26th of February 2022 and my first communication with Protect Your Bubble was exactly 3 months ago. After lots of email communication with them and two attempts to fix the printer via their repairer Equinox my printer still can't connect to the WiFi.The printer was collected twice by Equinox in an attempt to fix it.They returned the printer only few days ago, saying nothing's wrong with it, however the printer can't establish the connection to the Wi-Fi even though several networks are available.So, I went back to using the USB drive or running a long ethernet cable from my office to the living room.Equinox has refused to talk to me on the phone, telling me that the device was working when it recently left their facilities, and told me I had to issue yet another claim with my insurer. I have phoned Protect Your Bubble and then emailed them explaining the technical faults the device reported after the first and the second 'repair'.("The printer reported Error 116-324 two days after it arrived from the first repair.Now, two days after arrival from the 2nd repair, it reported error 016-426.").I received an email from Protect Your Bubble saying they would "appreciate it if you could elaborate on what the issue is with the printer".Btw, if you have purchased a similar insurance, have you known that you will not receive your money back to the initial payment method if the insurance company decided to settle the claim? NO. You will only get it refunded back to your Amazon balance.I don't mind it myself since I love shopping at Amazon. It is the attitude on both, the side of Protect Your Bubble insurance and their repairer Equinox, however, that made me write this review.I hope this helps

Might be worth it, might not, just better than nothing.
This is an insurance product, I have no idea whatsoever as to whether it is any good at all unless/until I try to make a claim for service under its terms, so I give it one star just for existing.
