Yum!
I really like this alternative to milk. The flavor is mild so it doesn't overpower whatever you are adding to it, for smoothies, or pancakes.

Better Than Milk - (6) one liter pack
Finally an almond milk that is Un-Enriched! My first sip tasted like water. Be careful what you wish for. It’s not very creamy. But it’s perfect for what I need, low calcium, no sodium and no potassium. Don’t know the amount of phosphorus though. Would like to see the phosphorus on the nutrition label! After I put the Better Than Milk in a glass jar, stirred it well and refrigerated it, it tasted a bit better. So I added 1/4 liter of a different almond milk (which cost Way Less than this Better Than Milk) that has way too much en-richment to the Better Than Milk. It actually tasted better with the addition of a small amount of sodium. So I’ll work around the addition of the sodium.Yes, I will buy it again even though it cost way too much for just almonds and water. It’s the only one I found that’s un-enriched.Addition to my review: I mixed it with a stick blender and now that it’s properly blended it does taste better. Unfortunately everything settles to the bottom. I started with 3 stars but now I added 1 star. I won’t go up to 5 stars because the cost is outrageous.I don’t know if I can add this but if not then just take it out. I use almond milk, ice cubes, and whipped coffee with some sugar free vanilla in a fairly large cup and enjoy my morning coffee.

Good Ingredients
I really appreciate that this doesn't have the ingredients that I want to avoid that are in every plant based milk that I have looked into. It's not thick and not a lot of flavor but works very well in a smoothy.

Bad consistency, hohum flavor
Despite vigorously shaking, this almond milk separates after only a few minutes. If you are using it in your coffee, you will have to re-stir constantly. Which, frankly, isn’t worth it because the taste isn’t very impressive either. The vanilla isn’t noticeable and it tastes slightly bitter rather than nutty. It contains locust bean gum to thicken and stabilize the consistency, but I would not describe the end result as “creamy“ at all. Locust bean gum is a fairly common ingredient in almond milks; however, I’ve only seen this level of separation in “Better Milk.” All cartons I purchased were affected the same way even though they are not expired. I don’t know if The consistency problems are tied to how they are processing it in their facility or if something went during transportation (such as high heat exposure). But no amount of shaking or stirring seems to fix the problem. This product is also slightly higher calorie than many other unsweetened almond milks at 50cal a cup. I normally purchase varieties that are in the 30-35 calorie per cup range — plus, they cost less and taste a heck of a lot better than Better Milk. I’d recommend avoiding purchasing this item in bulk until you’ve tried it for yourself.

Finally a plant milk product has no additives, no salt, no potassium.
Please know that salt, potassium,or sodium, zinc or any metal element that is electric conductive materials are not edible. So I very happy to find this plant milk has none of those poisonous garbage. Just want the manufacturer or seller know that pls don't change the formula of this plant milk. If the seller can make the soy, rice, cashew milk has no preservatives, no sodium, so salt, so potassium or any metal element in them, I will buy those, too.
