Stays hot
This is my favorite coffee mug. It stays hot for hours. Got one as a gift and bought another one for work.

Cool, no Warm Item.
Got it for my coffoholic XYL. It's a very attractive and well made cup with the great features of a splash preventing lid and the built on cork, non-skid coaster and easily cleaned stainless liner. Great for around the house at keeping the coffee warm or cold. The handle could have a bit more meat on it, but then I've got big hands.

Not microwaveable!! Nor dishwasher safe
Rip off, basically useless. Can not be put in microwave or dishwasher- what’s the point. Junk

Nice mugs
These mugs are very nice and well insulated. The only complaint is the lid is very, very cheap. We ordered some of the smaller, steel-bottomed mugs and they have really nice lids, so I'm not sure why they decided to use the lowest possible quality lids on these. On the up side, there are no issues with durability over ~2 months of daily use, and the cork bottom is awesome for both avoiding sliding around and preventing water rings on tabletops.Update from 9 months after purchase: We're definitely seeing some issues with manufacturing start to become apparent. Despite the hand wash only requirement, the cork bottom fell off one mug and the outer layer is starting to delaminate and peel. I'm downgrading the rating to 3 stars as they seem decent but are not likely to make it for even a year of consistent use.

Wanted to love it but didn't
My goal was to find an insulated coffee cup that was ceramic on the inside. I've had a yeti that is indestructible and keeps my coffee really hot for a long time. But I like the taste of a ceramic cup better. My ceramic only cups just don't keep the coffee hot very long. I found a great double insulated steel cup that was lined with ceramic from Ceramisteel but it is 12 oz. They have a 14oz but without a handle so I found this14oz one. The main factors for me are ceramic, insulated to keep the coffee hot, and must have a handle. This does all of those. Which is why I'm giving 4 stars and not lower. Buuuut..... the handle is flat and uncomfortable which makes it difficult to use and the top sliding mechanism to open and close the cover has gotten loose so when I lift the cup to sip it closes. Very annoying to have to hold the handle AND the top of the cover at the same time. If not for the cover issue, it's well made, durable and keeps the coffee hot for a long time. It's a quality made cup. The handle is a personal preference but since I knew before hand it was flat I'm not taking off stars because I find it uncomfortable. My mistake.

Ceramic coated insulated hot drink cup
After about a month of using this cup I have found my new coffee cup!The ceramic lining protects the flavor of the coffee and for me, it's a big deal. No metallic taste in my coffee! This cup keeps my coffee hot until I finish it.The lid isn't super tight which I like because I prefer to take the lid off to drink. It holds a 10oz KCup, plus milk/creamer, with the lid.I wouldn't use this cup in the car, it's too wide for the drink holder and the lid might come off anyway. The cork bottom is a nice touch, it collects the drips and keeps the bottom dry, but I'm not sure how long it will last, not that it matters. My only complaint is that they put a stainless steel band around the outside of the cup right where you touch it when you drink. It looks decorative and I'm not really sure of the purpose. Unfortunately this DOES give a little metal taste when drinking.I would give it 5 stars if this band wasn't there.I will probably buy another anyway.

Not ideal but acceptable
Pro:1. Love its big size (16 oz). It holds my coffee and milk well. I don't like standard coffee cups that are too small.2. Love the wide and open mouth. I prefer this shape for coffee drinking to the ones that are narrow and slim. Much easier to clean as well, which is also a big plus when it couldn't be put into a dishwasher.Con:1. It is not as warm-keeping as I expected it to be. It preserves some warmth, but not to the extent of a vacuum insulated one.2. The lid, ha. It is very important when it comes to warm-keeping, but it looks cheap and it can never be cleaned once it is used. There are always coffee stains on it and between the moving layers. You can probably see why it is acceptable but definitely not ideal.

Nice mug with no metalic taste
Not a bad mug for the price I paid of £20 in Nov 2021, but I went to buy a second as I don't think the ceramic lining will last very long, but the price has gone up significantly and I definitely don't think it is worth the inflated cost.

The lid cracked within 3 months of limited use.
A nice cup, and well finished. Does what it promises in terms of keeping drinks hot. Unfortunately the lid developed hairline cracks within a few months of use, which quickly spread.
