Very clumpy couldnt use
Not happy at all. First time i opened it it was clumpy all stuck together. Ive had pre workouts that stick before bit thats usually after you havent used them for a while. Not before you've opened it for the first time

This stuff really does give a great pump Almost painful 😁 and with no stim you can take any time for a really good workout.

Clumpy but really good.
As you'll see in other review images it is clumoy but it breaks down easily. I've had 0 issues mixing it in a standard water bottle and it's one of the better pre workouts ive used and gives 0 jitters or anything like that. Would recommend
